We have stayed in many properties in the Pacific Grove/Monterey area and this one is the best. The condo is clean, bright and beautifully furnished with everything we could imagine needing. The view from the deck was so wonderful that we didn't want to go anywhere! It is just a short walk to wonderful restaurants and the path around the shoreline. We had one minor problem with the thermostat but they responded immediately and we had no other issues at all. We appreciated the off-street parking. It might not be a good choice for someone who has difficulty going up and down stairs as the entry is on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms are downstairs. We, however, loved it and can't wait to go back.

We selected this lovely spot for our "girls" week getaway. The view and location didn't disappoint at all. The living room featured floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows to enjoy the lovely view. The bedrooms were all downstairs leaving the living area upstairs giving the best view possible. The furnishings in the living room were comfy and stylish. The kitchen was a 1-cook kitchen, so tiny that you can't open the refrigerator and the dishwasher at the same time. But, all of the appliances are nice and operable. The wine and cheese waiting for us was delish! The bedrooms were roomy, and the single full bathroom had two sinks, which helped. Our only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable (hard but bouncy). We would have appreciated a higher quality mattress for the daily rate we paid. Also, the photos clearly display a table on the balcony, but it was missing, so there was no place to place your coffee cup or wine glass should you desire to enjoy the deck. (This also doesn't fit three people. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig were provided (although not advertised, so I didn't bring any coffee pods, which would have been helpful.) The place was very clean overall, but the dining room chair seats and couch could stand a thorough shampoo. The Red House restaurant is great for breakfast; and Peppers is a super Mexican restaurant full of locals. These are both very close, and walkable. If you happen to stay here on a Monday, be sure to go to the afternoon farmer's market a couple blocks away at the park. I would recommend this place to a couple, or maybe a couple with one small child.

This condo was beautiful. The view was breath taking. Had everything we needed plus an added welcome of cider, crackers and cheese. The walk to cannery row was great and the scenery on the way even better. Saw otters and seals! Definitely recommend

Very nice condo with a great ocean view. We enjoyed watching seals from the condo balcony. We appreciated the cheese & wine, wine tasting passes, binoculars and bath robes left by management. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The location is great--Monterey Bay aquarium is a 1 mile walk and Lover's Point park is across the street. Pebble Beach & Carmel were only a 10-minute drive away. The only downside was traffic noise, but the tradeoff was the convenience of having a nice beach and restaurant right across the street. Highly recommend!

The property was clean, well maintained and beautifully situated. What took it over and above other places we've stayed were the small welcoming details -- wine, cheese and crackers, passes to the exercise room/pool at a Monterey hotel, coffee pods & tea.

We had a great stay at Lover's Point. The view is magnificent. The condo is clean, comfortable, well appointed and welcoming. The property is secure and gated. We rested well and were happy to be there. The area is vibrant with community. The siteseeing in the neighborhood alone is entertainment enough however, Big Sur is a short drive. We walked to dine, we walked to shop. Pacific Grove is a sweet coastal town. We plan to return to Lover's Point Beach Retreat.

Our experience at 3709 Lover's Point was wonderful. Arrived very late on first night to find cheese,crackers and wine- great touch. The condo is well stocked with everything a family could need for a vacation in Monterey and Pacidic Grove. Walk to Aquarium, cannery row and along the pacific grove coastal trail were easy and beautiful. Harbor seals and much more wildlife abundant for our viewing pleasure. Very quiet! Truly appreciate the good neighbor policy. We will be back!!

You could not rent a more lovely place then Lovers Point Retreat. The view is amazing. The condo was beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything you could need. The neighborhood is charming with everything you could need within walking distance. As if all of that is not enough the management is so thoughtful and attentive. The moment we walked in and found "candles" flickering, and wine and cheese waiting for us we immediately knew we had made the right choice of where to stay. I would not be surprised if this lovely place gets booked solid!
