The location of this house is everything. It’s got a million $ view. It’s got room for 16 people so it’s perfect for large groups. The downside- when we checked in and unloaded our groceries we realized the fridge was 57 degrees. It seemed the power had gone out. It took over 24 hours for the fridge to come to temperature and we had to toss groceries for 16 people. It was a crazy 92 degree day at the coast (very rare) and the house has no ac so we went to use the fans provided only to discover they were all covered in a thick thick layer of dust. The windows screens were also covered with a thick layer of dust. The shower on the mail floor had visible mold growing in it. The vents on the airfilters around the home were also covered in dust. The comforter for the bed on the first floor was covered in hair and clearly has not been washed in a long time. The mattress protector has stains on it and needs to be washed. The towels which were suppose to be white where thin to the point of needed to be thrown out and they had a black hue to them. The kitchen lacked basic tools to cook with like a dry measuring cup. The toaster is missing the handles to put it down. For the price we paid to stay here we are deeply disappointed. It was absolutely filthy. Meredith Lodging sent a cleaner around 5pm on the night before we left to “clean” but this isn’t the kind of cleaning that can be done in a few hours. Sad to see a beautiful house looking like that.

I treated my preschool teacher staff to an end of the year beach retreat and we all loved staying at this home. It was clean, cozy, had a large kitchen which we all enjoyed cooking in. The hot tub was perfect, the views were gorgeous and there were plenty of beds for everyone! We had a blast!

We travel every year to Lincoln City as part of a family tradition. We have stayed at a few other places but this house seem to check off everything on our list. It was also close to beach access and the casino. Everyone enjoyed this house!

The house was great. Lots of room and things to do, plenty of space for a large family. Great beach access.

Downstairs two bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchenette with living room has futon and couch bed, deck leads to spa and lower driveway. Main level bedroom and bathroom, living room, kitchen half bath, deck leads to amazing view of ocean, bbq available. Upstairs four twins, full bath and separate bedroom. Garage has ping pong table and air hockey table unable to play as lights in garage not working. Overall stay was great, would rent again.

The house was beautiful, plenty of space for all of us (14 total), it was very clean, had everything we needed, beautiful view of the ocean, great location. We loved it and will definitely visit again.

The house was beautiful when we arrived. There were several things for kids to do and a quiet hangout for the adults. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned in the property description was the steep driveway. It made it hard for our family to park, unload and get in and out of cars. There weren’t any options besides the driveway to park because you couldn’t park on the street. Besides the driveway it was a great trip.

Nice place for adults and kids. Would love to come back without kids just to enjoy the peace or the ocean more.

Beautiful home. Well cared for. Nice deck and views. Hot tub water was not clean upon arrival, but team promptly remedied. Overall very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay at this stunning house! The hot tub was a hit with our tween girls! The deck was a fav spot for all of us with the view of the ocean and the fresh air! We liked the layout of the house. There was enough room for all of us. The only con was that the air hockey table wasn't working and the net for ping pong was broken. Besides that, we all had a great time!

The house was conveniently located to many different things within Lincoln city. The house was clean and had great views from the deck, we also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay again!

The house was perfect size for multiple couples and children. We all had plenty of space and never felt crowded. The hot tub is ginormous and always warm. The driveway is steep but you are able to fit lots of cars so that’s nice. Overall the house was great and we will be back!

It was a very nice spacious home, there were lots of utensils such as plates and bowls for everyone. The bunk bed room was great for the younger ones as they spent so much time there.

It was an awesome place and time I had with my family. Close to the ocean, nice neighborhood.

This house has good space for kids to play and for grown up to enjoy. Also there are Shelves with lots of board games to chose from. The beach is a short walk from the house. Everybody had a fun time. The only thing that did not have are non stick pans.

Beautiful home with terrific view, plenty of supplies, close to beach although it is uphill walking coming back. Very comfortable beds. Had to have maintenance out twice. First day couldn’t get in. Very hot in house. Opened all windows and cdpors unable to get tv or WiFi. Great guy came and fixed all those problems. Sat night there was no hot water and couldn’t get anyone to come so no showers, couldn’t wash dishes. Sun mid morning same great guy came and fixed problems so we got dishwasher going in time to get our cleanup finished before we had to leave. Sad to end our vacation on that negative experience. Still highly recommend the house.

This house was perfect for a family vacation. Main floor has a bedroom/bath, family room and very well stocked kitchen (Plenty of supplies to cook meals for a big family) and another 1/2 bath so it’s perfect for the family to all be together, eat and socialize. Deck right off the main floor with wonderful views and a grill we used a couple times. Upstairs has a bathroom and two bedrooms- great for kids (one is more of a bunk room with four twin beds). The basement has two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms and an extra family room and kitchenette. Great basement area for people to hang out or play games. Full laundry room was very convenient. We had two extra couples who wouldn’t fit in the house bedrooms, so they stayed in hotels close by and came over each morning to the house for the day and it worked great. One minute drive to the grocery store. A couple minute walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay.

This property lived up to everything in the posting, and more. It was PERFECT for our family. The home was immaculate, and each small detail was very much appreciated. There were automatic lighted stairs for late-night trips up to the kitchen, beautiful views of the ocean, all kitchen amenities needed for cooking, 4 min. walk to play in the waves, close to a grocery store, and 2 minutes off Hwy. 101, I would rebook it tomorrow if I could! Having 4+ bathrooms for our big family was a bonus. Also, on our second day, a fuse was blown in the hot tub. Meredith Lodging had a repairman there within an hour or two. We were very impressed with the speedy response time and so thrilled that we could continue enjoying the wonderful 'hot tub with a view' each night. We'll be back!

We had a great time in this house. Perfect for a couple of different families- everyone had their own space. And their own bathroom! So close to the beach, and the hot tub was a great way to warm up afterwards. The kitchen is very well stocked! We’d definitely stay here again.

We were nothing but impressed with this house and with the service provided us from Meredith Lodging. The house is beautiful, immaculate, feels new and had a great layout for our group of 12...and we KNOW houses (a real estate team on our annual planning retreat). ;) The variety of sleeping quarters was just right for our eclectic mix of singles and the open main living area was just the right size for our entire team to gather together and eat, play games, etc. The key to housing a group like ours is the ratio of common area to private quarters, and this home provided that. Awesome view, too (holy sunsets, Batman!) and a very doable little 1-2 minute walk down to the beach. We were very well attended to in our only moments of troubleshooting need - both when the original code didn't work on the lockbox and when we couldn't locate the key to the hot tub (our own oversight). Both calls were answered promptly with very friendly, courteous service and speedy, positive outcomes. Be aware that by nature of the great views, this property is situated on a steep incline that could prove tricky for those with compromised mobility. That's my only caution - if we're back in Lincoln City, we'll be back to the Cape Cod Northwest! ~ The Drew Coleman Team
