We had a great time hopping casinos and doing bro stuff. The property serves its purpose with its great location and 8 bedrooms. The host was awesome and communicative.

Location and size of the house was terrific.

We had a family reunion in Atlantic City and rented this house and another down the street for their close proximity to each other. The location is perfect - just a steps away from the beach and walkable to the busier parts of Atlantic City. Plenty of large, airy beds/bedrooms; some rooms had their own A/C units which was essential because the heat of the third floor bedrooms. We did struggle a little with the central A/C which required texting the owner - we received timely responses but would’ve loved the flexibility to adjust on our own. The bedrooms were very sparsely appointed -- two rooms had no dressers and so we had to put our clothes on the floor which was hard for some of our older family members. The bathrooms varied in size and age --- the jetted hot tub turned out to be unappealing in its age and many of the bathroom floors had water damage and were uneven which was not ideal for our older family members. The kitchen was a great size, and there were some great pots available for cooking, but there were not nearly enough mugs and other items to host a larger gathering. In terms of house access, we would suggest switching to a keypad system or having additional keys ready for the number of guests considering the size of the house. Three keys among our group was difficult to coordinate transfers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location. We appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness, and we want future renters to be aware of the details we observed.

I stayed at this beautiful property with 12 of my friends and family members for my bachelorette party, and it was perfect for our large group! There was a ton of space for parking, the property manager was very prompt and helpful, and there was enough seating on the first floor for us all to hang out together. There were more than enough showers, bathtubs, and bathrooms on the second and third floor so everyone was easily able to get ready. The bedrooms were adorable and spacious, but with enough air conditioning and fans to keep us cool on a very hot and humid day. The location is ideal, being a quick walk from the beach and a quick car ride from the casinos. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The departure check list was easy and manageable, which was great after a fun night out on the town. I couldn’t have stayed at a better property! I would absolutely recommend this house for large groups who want to be close to the beach and the nightlife of Atlantic City! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and convenient.

We had 17 traveling with our group, ranging from 40-9. I have to say this property did not have an accurate description. The floors are far from refinished and the house is definitely not newly remodeled. They advertised 5 bathrooms, my error for not checking that closer. There are 3 full baths and one has a slanted ceiling making it very uncomfortable for anyone with a little height. That leaves you with two, one of which is in a bedroom. There is a shower outside to rinse sand ( they included this as a bathroom) as well as a toilet on the main floor, making 5 total “bathrooms”. The first day we were there we contacted the owners because the third floor had NO air conditioning and it was very hot. They did arrange repair for the following day. For the next three day men were in and out of the house regularly and frequently. They spent a great deal of time in the upstairs bedroom which meant we couldn’t sleep, change or use our room. They also say the house is equipped with Smart T.V.s. It is indeed , it’s equipped with two smart TVs. One in a small family room and the other in the dining room. The house is very old, with chipped paint, chipped flooring and a musty smell. Prior to arrival you will be told that if a neighbor complains about loud talking you will lose 500 of you security deposit and if the cops are called you will be charged another 500 and evicted. We didn’t have an issue with this and can appreciate a good neighborhood but the last min add. Of fines?

House was in a perfect location. Having 8 bedrooms was perfect for our group of seniors. Great house for staying. An old house but was fine for our group playing golf. Would highly recommend it.

The house slept my group of 16 comfortably. Short Uber to the casinos and great hangout spot on the balcony with 2 minute walk to the beach. Great time!

The property was exactly what we were looking for on this trip. Big, spacious house with a dining room table, two TVs, outdoor deck, near the boardwalk, plenty of bedrooms. As other reviews mentioned, the house is older, but it was clean and fit our needs for this trip. Already recommended to other people.

Beautiful house perfect our extended family

Place was large, lots of bedroom, big kitchen, large dining room, great deck, quick ride to the strip and a few paces from the boardwalk. Will stay there again if need be.

The owner was helpful in her pre-arrival communication. The onsite manager was highly responsive and helpful. The house is huge and on a good beach block. Most of the houses on the surrounding block were beautiful. However, the one next door looks like it should be condemned. The boardwalk and beach were close and beautiful. The house looks, in the photos, to be in much better condition than it actually is. It is a historic property and must have been incredible years ago. However, now the furniture is worn out and wobbly. The floors and walls need to be cared for. Not all of the bedrooms have adequate drawers to unpack and store clothing. The bathrooms are in working order, but are in need of updating (the powder room sink had a punch crack in it). The kitchen was fairly equipped with supplies; it could use more wine glasses to accommodate large groups. The upstairs patio had a great view and the table was large, but the benches were wobbly. Overall, we had a wonderful time and did not complain during our visit; however, I want to let subsequent renters know what they are getting. I feel it was overpriced for the condition it was in, but the location and the kind onsite property manager made up for that a bit. Thank you

This property was likely renovated as described/pictured many years ago, but is now in rough shape with significant wear and tear. Was very surprising given the positive reviews. As a group of 14 celebrating a surprise 40th for a dear friend, we had planned for months with the house being a key part of everyone’s excitement.The disappointment was felt by all, especially the birthday girl’s husband, who had wanted to give her a weekend she’d never forget. What we won’t forget is a friend falling within a second of sitting on the patio table bench because it was missing a leg, another cutting herself on an old, broken metal towel rack on the back of a bathroom door among other issues. I'm a go with the flow person who doesn't complain much so I wish I could post the pictures shared with the owner, as I don't want others to overpay (3.5x the avg for 2 nights!!!) or expect a beautifully renovated home that is part of a ‘luxury collection' and walk into: - broken furniture like the missing leg on long patio bench and broken support on dining room table (we actually fixed these while there) - Several hardwood bedroom floors that were significantly scratched, with peeling paint that got into your feet, and some are stained - Multiple broken light fixtures with exposed bulbs/without covers including sconces and fans, outdoor large-bulbed string lights were broken all over the patio (we cleaned up so we could use the patio) - Fans that don't work including main living room - Cigarette hole burned in the sheets in second floor bedroom - Ants on wood bar in kitchen - Peeling wallpaper on every wall in the dining room - Gashes in walls, peeling paint throughout - Powder room sink significantly cracked The highlight of our experience was interacting with the property manager Amy and dining at the nearby restaurant Ryfe, which we found out after paying for a tasting menu reservation in advance was owned by the owner of this house. It was a tough sell to tell our group we were going to the owner's restaurant after the not-so-great condition of the house, but the restaurant was a great place with very good food. I do want to note that the owner acknowledged the problems, saying that he would ‘do something for us’ given the issues and the amount we had paid (which I greatly respected). However, as of this writing he has twice conveyed he is busy and will get back to me and has not. A learning lesson and in future I'll ask how recent photos are. :)

Had a great time at this property, check in was easy and the house was well cleaned

All family trip to enjoy the new Atlantic City. The city is accommodating, and the Casinos were okay to good. The boardwalk was a horrible experience. Early in the season maybe it will pick up. If not for the rental property being so good and location it may have been a failure trip. Nice had a good time. There were some small things I reported to the owners, and they were noted to be addressed. If I had a complaint, it is that I wish some of the bedrooms where on the first floor, so not handicap ready. Overall worth renting and would again If they would have us. Jesse

Nice and clean place

We had a family vacation of 17 people. The house slept all of us comfortably. The dining room table was awesome and fit us all. The beach was lovely and a quick one block walk through a beautiful neighborhood. The boardwalk was quiet with no shops along this stretch. The third floor balcony had a lovely ocean view and would seat 3-4 people although the chairs werent very comfortable The main level deck had a large table for eating with wonky benches and not much other seating The downside was not all the fans worked in the bedrooms and the outdoor shower was hard to access. Communication with the property manager was sketchy but didn’t pose a big problem for us as our issues were small I would recommend this place

We were so excited for our last minute family vacation. While this home was in a location with easy beach access, the home itself was an awful experience. The home had rats and my kids were scared the entire trip. The rats tore into our snacks and we felt gross just being there. The homeowners should've discounted our stay as staying in a rat infested home is not what i paid for however I've yet to get a response to my inquiry for compensation. Hopefully they get exterminators so other guests don't have to deal with this issue! Ugh!

The house was perfect for our family reunion and super convenient for all we wanted to do. The only issue was the grill was not cleaned and almost not usable.

Our whole family could stay together in this spacious home for the week of our 50th wedding anniversary, and it was wonderful.. The hosts were great, helping us with all of our questions and needs. Their manager, Amy , was really helpful too. The hosts were great, as was their manager

My family, guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!! The hosts even let us in early to set up for a small bridal shower and the guests RAVED about the gorgeous house and location!! It was perfect. We did need to run to the store for toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags since they were out. It was no biggie! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Walking distance to beach, quite neighborhood

First time using VRBO and it was a winner. We had to think outside to box for something fun for my wife’s 30th birthday in a COVID world. So we opted to rent this beautiful (and massive) beach house and invite our closest friends down for a few nights to celebrate. Rebecca was a rockstar for us too, very responsive and helpful. We even had left a few items behind which she found and mailed back to us. Really went above and beyond. We all had a great time and I would certainly return to this property again.

The house was perfectly located on the beach block with beach views from many locations. The house was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and has good appliances. The owners were extremely responsive. The house while charming and we enjoyed our stay needs repair and it was difficult to access the outside area with ladders blocking the pathway to shower and garage. All in all we would probably stay there again.

Great spot in AC and awesome people to rent from

Nobody had anything bad to say about this house except for the fact that it it hard to open the front doors. All wood floors except one bedroom and we all hung out on both the balcony’s. Everyone loved these including my German shepherd surprisingly. Thank you.
