Pictures very accurate!! Condo was very clean. Host was easy to communicate with and typically responded via email within 30-60 minutes. We had a wonderful time!!

We had a great stay!The location is perfect for taking advantage of all the local area has to offer. You are close to Wewa, Tyndall AFB if you are military like us, Pt St Joe & it’s not even a bad drive to Pier Park.We took our boat and although the seas didn’t cooperate the slip was nice & very convenient! The place was clean.The garage parking was convenient to loading and unloading and there is an elevator although we didn’t use it.The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice.The good far out weighed the bad! You will need to bring your own beach towels as none are provided however, there is a wonderful beach cart with chairs.We didn’t use it but it is available.I wasn’t to happy being on vacation that I had to wash towels several times because only one towel each is provided and we were there for 6 days. We were provided with one roll of TP in each bathroom which was not sufficient for the time stayed nor was there any extra PT’s so bring you own or you will have to make a trip to the store.There’s no crockpot but the kitchen is adequate enough. I just like to put dinner on in the mornings, go to the beach & come home to our dinner all ready so bring your own if you like lazy cooking so you can enjoy time out of the kitchen! You can book with confidence and the good far surpassed the minor details mentioned. I’m just letting others know so they can throw in these few extra items and not have to go shopping for them.Pack ziplocks & a few storage containers.

We really enjoyed the condo. It had anything you need and was very well laid out. Everyone seemed to have private areas.

This property location was very relaxing. Condo looks just like the pictures and has very good quality. My son and grandson enjoyed the fishing right outside the door. My daughter-in-law in-law and granddaughter loved the pool because the August temperatures were high. The beach was beautiful and the sunsets never disappointed. Great place for a home away from home!

Great location, room layout is great. Very nice and will book again. The room has everything you need, even beach chairs.

Very nice condo with great amenities, I.e. pool and gas grill, comfortable furnishings, and close proximity to the beach. Our favorite spot is the Shell Shack where you can get fresh shrimp, snapper, flounder. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was not what we were hoping, but it was NO fault of the owners. The property was filthy when we arrived, but the owner responded quickly and sent a new cleaning crew out immediately and made things as right as possible from far away. I am sure he will be using a new cleaning company from now on. Other than that, the condo was laid out well and a quick walk to Shrimp Shack, ice cream shop, and beach.

We loved our stay!

We stayed here with our three kids, two five year olds and a 2 year old, and my parents and it was plenty of room and not too far from the beach. The pool was never too crowded. The beaches are in great shape and very peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Was a very quiet place to stay. Really enjoyed the non-hassle check-in. The beach was nice and not crowded at all! For young adults not a lot to do but they enjoyed relaxing at the beach. I would definitely go back!

Our whole experience was great. The area is still in the rebuilding phase but being at the beach condo and able to get food from the open restaurants were very easy to navigate. The kids really enjoyed how close the beach was and the ability to also get in the pool. The condo had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. From the beach chairs and wagon, to the fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely be booking again at Going Coastal in the near future.

This has been one of our favorite vacation spots. The location is centrally located to the beach, marina and pool. This was perfect for our crew. The condo had all we needed and was quite accommodating. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who doesn't mind walking across the street to the beach. We are an active family and it perfectly suited our needs. There is a parking lot across the street if you needed to "unload" your tent and supplies for the day. They offer chairs and an umbrella as well as sand toys for guests. It was a very nice experience and we hope to book again soon

Our new favorite place to stay at Mexico Beach. Fine amenities and easy walk to the beach. Clean.. unit, parking deck, pool... everything!

The condo was beautiful, clean and everything my family needed for our first time visiting Mexico Beach ! Everything was exactly as advertised! Very pleased with the whole experience! Will definitely be visiting again.

The condo was decorated in a newer style…not like an early 90’s that some still have. Very clean and up to date. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. There was no check in hassle. All the instructions were emailed. My only complaint is that the pool filter was broke so we could not use the pool.

First, we have stayed in this condo building a couple times at other units and we love the location - because we are close to family. So the location (for us) is perfect. The balcony has great views, you can see the Ocean a bit, but the higher units have a much better view. Our bedroom was on the street side and we didn't hear any road noise at night. The condo was very decorated beachy (so nice) and clean and we had everything we needed while we were there. There was even a beach cart left in the unit that we were able to use - which was very helpful. It's a 1 block walk down to the beach. We had a couple hiccups - trying to get in the unit the battery was apparently dead in the combination lock and we couldn't get in - But they sent someone over right away. Also, the power went out in the building a couple times, which was strange and we talked to someone who worked maintenance and he mentioned that it has been a problem since the Hurricane in 2018. Lastly, the pool was broken for about 1/2 of our stay - not a big deal, but just an inconvenience. The owner was very nice about everything and I will probably stay there again!! My only suggestion is to bring a couple extra bath towels and laundry soap - the washer and dryer work great (thankfully) because there was only 1 towel per person in the unit.

This condo is beautiful. Very spacious. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Right across the street from the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Owners are great if there is a question or issue. I would rate this condo as A+.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. Clean and well equipped. A short walk to the beach was made easier with the cart they provide! The dryer was a little wonky but they were quick to repair. We enjoyed dining at Mango Marleys (walking distance) Shipwreck and Krazyfish Grille. Donuts at Sweet Bunz in PSJ were good but get there early (dont forget the time change!). We also explored Apalachicola for an airboat tour (and visited The Gibson, oyster City Brewery, The Station). The drive out to Cape San Blas was gorgeous, too. We look forward to another visit soon!

This unit is across US-98 from the beach. With the young children I found it easiest to drive across the highway to the beach parking lot which made schlepping the beach stuff easier. There was always plenty of room in the parking lot and beach access was easy. The beach and water itself at this point is lovely; it's the typical white sand and warm clear water we love about the Panhandle. Because the unit is on a busy highway, if you're hoping for a quiet morning coffee out on the balcony you'd be disappointed. This area is under significant construction because it was devastated by the hurricane a couple of years ago, so there are always big trucks passing by. The windows are well insulated because when you're inside you're not disturbed at all.The beds are comfortable. The unit is for 7 people but there were only 5 bath towels. If you like to enjoy wine out of a wine glass, bring your own. There are just 4 small tumblers.There are no beach towels (which we knew because I asked before we went) & no beach toys for kids (just letting you parents know so you know to bring all your own stuff). There is no beach umbrella but there are 4 (I think 4) beach chairs; we didn't use them as we brought our own.If there was an elevator we didn't find one. So, if you're mobility challenged or have really little ones then take note, because what goes up has to come down!Either take all your groceries with you, or stop at the Winn Dixie about 30 mins out on your way to the unit (if you're coming from Atlanta, for example), OR be prepared to drive another 8? 12? miles into Port St. Joe to Piggly Wiggly. Apart from a small convenience store next to the unit & another small (very well stocked) liquor/ package store next to the Post Office off the main strip, you won't find any grocery stores. Piggly Wiggly does excellent fresh steamed shrimp which travel well from there back to the unit.There is one in-dining restaurant - Shipwreck Raw Bar. Outside & inside seating. Very good fresh seafood, good drinks & good service. Crazy Beach pizza is a short bike ride (no bikes with this unit) or car drive down the street & it is some of the best pizza we've ever had....try the Key West pizza!We didn't try Shipwreck Raw Bar or Mango Marleys...both of which are mobile places while they re-build (I suppose, so I can't comment on those). Hair in the master bed when we checked in - that wasn't ours. :(.
