The VRBO was well maintained and managed. Description was accurate. Kitchen was well equipped and the beach location was amazing. Condo was furnished nicely and beds comfortable. Enjoyed short walk to waters edge where beach chairs were available.All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Been coming to Palm Bay for over 20 years…great stay as always and really like the security enhancements!

We have stayed at The Palm Bay club before but on the bay side. The tower is so convenient to the beach. The staff are always wonderful and very helpful. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. We loved it.

The beach is still quite clean and the pool is wonderful. Our condo was excellent. The owners had thought of everything so we had what we needed whether we were snacking or having a full meal. The rooms were comfortable and everyone slept well. Ours was nicely decorated. We thought the owner's wife must be a good hostess. We went to Walts for fish because we had been there in '76 and it is still standing and good. Sean and Chloe liked the aquarium. They look forward to coming again to visit the new one. Thank you to all of the staff that helped make it an excellent vacation for Sean and Chloe

This is an amazing condo! The location is perfect, closest to the beach. The office is very friendly and helpful. Also, the security and maintenance staff are very friendly. Our only issue was being on the 9th floor, the elevator wasn’t always working properly so we had to take the stairs a few times. Still, can’t complain because it was gorgeous inside and outside of the building. Thank you!

We were the closest to the beach. The pool was amazing. We were able to bring food and drink in the pool area and all of our pool toys are laundry was right next to our condo and trash facilities. Will never stay anywhere else. !!!

This place was ideal - the beach is practically at the door step. The amenities were great and it was very clean. The resort and beach were safe and everyone was friendly. We'll be back!

There were plenty of kitchen items & towels. We did find it very inconvenient that there wasn’t a public bathroom by the beach. If you needed to use bathroom, it was necessary to return to your condo. We did notice that there was a public bathroom across the street. Our biggest complaint though was that there were no restaurants within walking distance. Not having a car, we used the Frog Hop each time we needed to leave the property. Mainly because of this, I feel guests should be made aware of this when booking a reservation.

The view from the living/dining room were amazing! Our unit had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. I absolutely loved the comfort of the mattress in the master bedroom. I am still mad at myself for not looking to see which brand the mattress was, so I can get one for my own home! The building is within walking distance to the beach! All around a wonderful 1st time visit to Siesta Key- we would stay in this unit again. One bad note- not the owners fault. One of the elevators in the building was not working, that needs to be fixed- there were a few times the waits were long to get on the elevator.

Plenty of other options for $1K less that we'll be using.
