We spent the entire month of April in this lovely little condo. It perfectly fit our needs; clean, quiet, comfortable, with a great location on the non-drive beach. It’s far enough away from Flagler Ave to avoid the crowds, but still easily accessible by car for shops, dining and nightlife. The non-heated pool is beach front, and a great place to spend the day during high tide. The chairs on the seawall are perfect for watching dolphins or the sunrise. But be warned, put on bug spray, the no see ums can be bad there during dawn and dusk. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils There are plenty of beach chairs , floats, and umbrellas in the garage. The only disappointment for us was that the grill provided was charcoal. We ended up buying a cheap camp grill at Walmart for ease of cooking. We thoroughly our stay in C1 Oceanside Village, and are already looking forward to next year!

Family gathering
In town for a family gathering. The townhouse was clean and decorated tastefully. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The pool was very nice and clean. Would rent again.

Perfect Stay
This condo had everything..Don’t hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed. Being able to bring our pet made it so much more enjoyable and less stress knowing we did not have to board her. Pet fee and extra fees higher than normal.

Great property, very close to the beach - just absolutely beautiful! Tara was so great when I had questions and responded very promptly. It’s also close to anything you’d need while visiting. The pool was a little cool but still tolerable for my 8 month old. Overall it was fun and a great place to stay. Will stay again!

Perfect Getaway
Our party consisted of four adults and one toddler (2.5). This townhome was the perfect size and very homey. We loved our time here and will definitely consider coming back in the future. It was just a short walk to the beach, which was fairly empty throughout our stay (an added bonus). The bedrooms were much larger than expected and we had plenty of closet space and other storage. Having a garage and grill were also great!
There isn’t a ramp to get to the beach, so it was tricky getting all of our stuff down the stairs. The sea wall also didn’t have a fence, so we had to watch our little one very closely in that area. It was a beautiful, unrestricted view of the ocean, just not great for curious toddlers.
Overall, it was a great stay and we didn’t want to leave!

NSB Wedding Anniversary Vacation
Huge property; large rooms and beds. 2 minute walk away from the private beach. Very clean. Was able to check in early and check out late; huge plus. My kids really enjoyed it; already planning for next year.

Excellent location and property
We will definitely bookmark this place for future vacations. The property was clean and easy to maintain. We stayed for 9 days and it was perfect. Right near the beach and very close to dollar general so we could easily get groceries. The house was well decorated and had a nice feel. It was also fully stocked with whatever you needed besides food of course!

Nice place for vacation
We had a good time. The place was clean and had everything needed. We had a slight problem with the air conditioner, but Tara responded and took care of the issue with little inconvenience. We would definitely book again, but would probably try to get actual beach front room.

Nice Stay
Nice townhome on the non-driving portion of NSB. Shopping plaza right across the street for any needs and a great place for breakfast, C’s Waffles. Unit was nicely decorated with recent upgrades. Would rent again and communication with Jenn was great.

Loved our stay!
Tara’s place was perfect for our weekend family get away. The place is as beautiful as the pictures. Plenty of space and the kitchen was fully stocked with necessities and beyond. Plenty of beach chairs and other items as well.

This is a beautiful townhouse! there is plenty of space for everyone and having a full-size kitchen and living room makes it easy for family dinners and game nights! It is the third row of townhouses back from the ocean but it only takes two minutes to walk to the beach! It has a nice grassy area by the sea wall perfect for dogs to run around and some chairs to watch the ocean! Tara is a wonderful host. She is very accommodating and responsive! Having used vrbo for the first time, this was a wonderful vacation and we plan on staying again soon!

Wonderful!!
It was so clean and had easy access to the beach. We love that our little Charlie (dog) was able to enjoy time with us. It was a quiet little area and you couldn’t hardly hear a peep from other people staying in the next place over. Already making plans to return!

Spacious, comfortable condo
We shared the condo between 2 families, everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful, we did lots of cooking and the stretch of beach wasn't crowded at all. Both upstairs bathroom have ensuite bathrooms, so it's great for 2 families or 2 couples.

Family fishing trip
This property was very clean, and beds very comfortable. The townhouse was very roomy. We loved having a garage where we could store our fishing and beach gear. The garage was not big enough for our boat. But there was enough parking in front for the boat and two large trucks.

The property I was looking for was beachfront or oceanfront but our unit was 3 rows back off the beach. It was still a short walk to see the beach. That should have been specified in the description better.

Excellent place to stay!
My family has been visiting NSB for over 30 years. This townhome was very clean and spacious. We all enjoyed the stay very much. The only issue we had was the pool being closed for part of our stay due to treating for black algae which was very incovienent due to having a one year old. Hope to return soon!

Great Find!
My family has been staying out at NSB several times a year for a very long time. This is the first time we tried Oceanview Village. My husband loved the garage. We kept our blow up paddleboard’s in there plus our car. I loved that it was very clean and organized. My kids loved that we could bring our Boxer. The complex itself was quiet and very pet friendly. I am glad we found this rental. We will definitely be staying here again!

Townhouse was very clean and close to beach. We hadn’t stayed on this side of New Smyrna Beach before but loved the beach. Life guard was stationed at beach entrance near townhouse.

Great place!
Just got back from our vacation. The condo was awesome. Clean, spacious and steps to the beautiful no drive beach. Very well stocked with dishes, towels, sheets. Very quiet and close to everything. The beach was not crowded. Tons of shells. The pool was awesome. Had a great time. Would definitely stay again!!

Very clean and fresh
I would give this unit a 4.5. It was almost perfect other than we had no paper products when we arrived and had to run to the store. I have stayed at many properties and never had to do that before. I would have brought my own had I know ahead of time.
The unit is very well kept up and everything is updated and clean just as stated. It was a good place for 2 people. Beach is close and ocean view is only on top floor.

Very nice condo on street side with garage
This condo is very nice and homey! We enjoyed our stay. This condo is not on the water and there is only a sliver of a beach view. The sliding glass doors need some repairs. Overall it is a beautiful condo and the rental staff is very friendly and across the street so they can be there in no time if needed.
I would stay here again my family and I enjoyed it very much.
