Quiet cute house. Few things the cleaners missed but that was easy to fix up. Communication from lister was amazing and made accessing the property a breeze.would recommend to everyone

The good: Great communication from owner Comfortable beds Water pressure was good and shower drained well The neutral: It was clean enough and there were no bugs but it had the the feeling that those statements might not be true and definitely had to check. Hot tub and fire pit, but in the tiniest of spaces along the fence shared with jack in the box parking lot, so not somewhere anyone would want to spend time soaking in the tub or hanging out by the fire The bad: The place itself is in disrepair and in a sketchy location next to jack in the box. Paint and fixtures look like they were hastily done, faucet in sink is so loose it wobbles. Wiring stapled to walls or left hanging everywhere Thin, worn bedding and dingy towels Heavy smell of Febreeze air fresheners which were plugged in every room. WAY too expensive. If this had cost a quarter or maybe even a third of what we paid we might have thought the place was in line with the cost? We got there late and had to be somewhere early the next day or we would have found another place One other reviewer said it “wasn’t what they were expecting” and stated they found somewhere else, but other than that all the 5 star reviews have my family mystified. I’m sorry to leave a critical review since it’s my first time having a less than positive VRBO experience.

My partner, friend and I stayed at this property and we’re uncertain at first when we seen it from the outside. But inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It truly exceeded our expectations. We loved it. Clean, neat, and had all the necessities. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and was definitely needed. I did have to put my driving skills to the test when parking and leaving thr property. A part from that I would stay here again when we come back to LA/Pasadena! In addition, I stayed at a Hyatt in Palm Springs prior to arriving at the VRBO and I loved the VRBO better.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Nayan was an excellent host and communicated with us before and during our stay. When we return we will most definitely stay here again!

My family needed a place to stay while visiting relatives in the Pasadena area and this was our home for 10 days. Having a laundry setup was a great benefit to us. The kids loved the hot tub. The high speed internet and smart TVs were very convenient and we had no issue. We would stay again in the future.

This property is great. The rooms were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and comfortable. There also was great and safe parking. The owner was ready to answer any questions and made us to feel right at home. This was was a perfect place to be for the weekend, just outside of Los Angeles. I highly recommend it!

The only thing was that we didn’t drive so getting to a grocery store or convenience store was difficult. Not close by. Other than that very nice.

The home is perfect! Very cozy and close enough to everything in the area.

We stayed a week in this cute unit in Altadena. Originally I was afraid that the proximity to the 210 would mean highway noise. That was totally not the case. The unit sits much higher than the highway and we had no highway noise at all. We were visiting family so we did not use the kitchen for more than tea preparation in the morning. While the kitchen is small, it seemed to be fully equipped and would work well for 2 to 4 people. We only used the king bed and the master bedroom and it was firm and very comfortable. We can't speak to the queen bed in the second bedroom. The unit was a great place for our week long visit to Pasadena.

Nayan is wonderful to work with! He’s very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Anything we needed he got for us. The property has everything you need😊�
