We had a party of 12 stay for 4 nights and the house was perfect. We never felt crowded or “on top of each other.” Reservation and online registration was easy. Communication with the management company was also pleasant. We will be back.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Had a wonderful time in the Dells.

This house offers lots of space & is in a great location! We were minutes away from the places we wanted to go. The big dining room tables offered enough space for the 10 of us to play games together. Each couple had their own room so we were able to have personal space when needed & for sleeping. The house could use a little updating, the couch in the basement is in terrible shape, 2 of the toilets rocked when sat on, the walls need to be wiped down, when we got there the one wall looked like it had soda splattered on it, one couple found a hair on their pillow (not theirs), the ceiling fan in the livingroom had like 2 inches of dust on it & someone spilled water on the kitchen floor and when they wiped it up the paper towel was black so the floors weren't clean. Beware of the pool table as the basement floor is not flat so the table wasn't steady which deterred us from shooting pool at all. Overall we did have a great stay though & enjoyed our time together.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Beds were very comfortable, linens appeared new and fresh, and kitchen well equipped. One suggestion I would make would be to add a second couch or some comfy chairs to the family room area. For a home that sleeps so many there isn't much seating around the fireplace. While there is ample seating at the dining table we all wanted to relax by the fire after dinner but there was limited seating to accommodate our group of 8 adults. We made do by pulling dining chairs around the fireplace. Otherwise comfy and spacious.

14 family members ranging from 6 months to 75 years stayed at this home for a weekend holiday get together. Overall, the property is spacious and beautiful. The bedrooms were all good sized and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen/living/dining rooms. My 5 year old had fun utilizing the pool in the clubhouse. A few things to note. Although the house wasn’t dirty per say, it also wasn’t as clean as I would expect. My daughter prefers to be barefoot and her feet were black within an hour of running around the house. A little more attention to detail would go a long way. For example, there is a large entertaining room in the basement including a kitchenette but no garbage cans. A few of the door knobs were coming undone, and there were random command strips on one of the walls. The kitchen was very nice, but the few small pans made it difficult to cook for a large family. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

The only negative was the bedding was worn and didn't stay on the beds, and the kitchen pans etc need to be replaced. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

We planned a long weekend with our adult children and two grandsons. The size of the property was great for us. The location was very good. This house needs some updates and replacements to well worn furniture. We planned for use of charcoal grill as advertized, but there was a gas grill. The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, but no disposal in the sink. The condition of cookware was poor, so we went shopping for pans to make breakfast. For the price the property should be better maintained.

Clean house, with necessary amenities. The pool area was smaller than expected for the amount of visitors there. With COVID-19, we wished there'd had been reservations for groups to fully utilize the pool and spa without worry.

The layout was great for our large group. We appreciated the extra long dining table, which could seat 11. The house was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the shape the kitchen utensils were in. Considering how high quality everything else was, the cooking equipment was a big disappointment. These days guests cook a lot in the properties. For a house hosting 11 people, there were only a couple pots and pans, and they were all in TERRIBLE shape, so were the cutting boards. It should be a simple/cheap investment to get a few new ones and replace those. We would also easily run out of plates. Please restock these items in the kitchen. Other than this, it could have been a 5 Star stay!

Location was within minutes of everything we did. Perfect. The pool was walking distance for grandkids. Check in was not great. No more on that. The house was great for all 12 of us. However, it was not clean. I’d be ashame to have someone in my home if it were that dirty.

Unit is unkept. Lots of dings and dents and unkept amenities. Rooms have 17”Tv’s and broken TV’s in the main areas. Missing simple things like garbage disposal, cleaning supplies, so you can clean up after your meals, and other little touches you wiyld expect from a home rental.

Family all together was a great time.

This house was big enough for our large group ranging from 3-75 yrs old..plenty of sleeping options and bathrooms, kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. There were also 2 fridges and plenty of seating in and out. Everyone enjoyed the downstairs pool table and hang out area as well as the deck. The house is close to the clubhouse so that was nice too. The pool was large and the kids loved it! It’s also a quick ride over to the dells action. Would recommend to a friend. Only negative with house was the grill, it’s like one of those little park grills. :/

First, the house is pretty, spacious and has a great, open-concept floor plan. However, on the first morning of our stay, my niece, who was staying in the master suite, took a shower. She observed a sign on the wall stating not to use the wall jets. When she turned on the main shower head, a VERY loud, high-pitched noise sounded. The people who had been asleep in the basement bedrooms were awakened by the noise, and said it sounded like a train was going by. This noise continued throughout her shower. Her husband, a plumber, stated he believed a new diverter was needed between the shower head and jets, which would require opening up the wall for repairs. To alleviate the sound / pressure, they had to leave the sink faucet running while showering. The sign on the wall indicated that the homeowner was aware of the problem, but chose to rent the house without making necessary repairs. When we reported the problem to the Resort staff, they truly appeared concerned and sympathetic, but explained that repairs of that nature were the responsibility of the home owner. Additionally, the family members who slept in the three basement bedrooms all opted to take their showers in one of the upstairs bathrooms because the water in the basement bathroom never got above luke warm. The Springbrook Resort itself is in a great location; close to many fun attractions, and fairly close to the Dane County Airport. The Resort has a very nice Clubhouse and Golf Course. The staff was pleasant and professional. In the future, we would probably stay at Springbrook again, but would rent a different house. Finally, although I submitted this review, on this house on their "Rentals" website, my review does not appear.

Our family had such a great Christmas gathering at this cabin! So spacious and perfect for our large family. We really enjoyed the fireplace, tall ceilings, and awesome kitchen. The bedrooms were the perfect size, and we appreciated that there were queen and king beds in each room. The pool at the club house was perfect for our small children in our group. Our only minor complaint was that there weren’t enough forks for all of the people in our group when we ate dinner. Otherwise, we have nothing but great things to say about this cabin!

I understand that some people may walk off with some essentials. But, a coffee pot with no filters is useless. Not even salt and pepper was provided. 3 dishwasher pods for a family of 14 staying 4 days? We’ve stayed at Springbrook Resort 4 years and have experienced the houses providing more essentials. Had we known, we would have brought more from home. This will not prevent us from renting from you again, as we do enjoy some very special family time here.

We had a most wonderful time! There were 15 of us, and plenty of room for everyone. We loved the big dining room table for our family dinner nights and for games in the evenings. We had some full family photos taken on the deck outside the dining room with the lush greenery in the background. So special. We hit a week of lovely weather, in July.... upper 70's low 80's. We enjoyed outings each day, the train ride, Upper Dells boat tour, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wizard Quest, and Noah's Ark Water Park. The pools and playground at Spring Brook were wonderful for family fun with our little grandchildren. We went out to dinner one night at Moose Jaw Pizza, and would recommend it... yummy! All in all, we had a most wonderful week, and we hope to do this again soon.

The property is very spacious and clean with ample utensils plates etc. The front office and maintenance guys when called for fixing something came on time and were very helpful however for reasons they couldn’t explain the basement was very cold and upper level extremely hot. The cooling was not uniform and needs to be checked. A nice small addition would be keep laundry powder at location itself so that people coming in so not have to go to Walmart yo purchase. Also dustpan was missing.

The house was a perfect combination of living space, comfortable bedrooms with plenty of bedrooms.

The house was very roomy and clean. The staff was very helpful if we had any questions. We were pleasantly surprised that everything was so close, Walmart, excursions, cheese shop. What can I say the pool, great walking, even friendly neighbors, yes we had a Ball.

Great experience with our stay. Home was spacious and very clean. Loved the fire pit with the benches. Will definitely stay here again! Great overall experience!
