Such a great spot! We had everything we needed for our stay with two little people. Steps to the pool and beautiful white sand beach! We will be staying here again!

Holiday Villas III is one of my favorite properties with a great pool and very close proximity to the beach. Nelson was very easy to get in touch with and the room was just as it appears in pictures.

We had a good stay here. The unit was clean and location was close to a lot of activities. Beach was not too crowded and it was a laid back area. Couches were comfortable. Kitchen is beautiful. Communication excellent.

Perfect family location for your kids of any age. Property is in a perfect spot from the best restaurants in the area. Short drive to John’s Pass for some fun. Hosts have been more than accommodating and responsive to all questions. Easily would book in a heartbeat. But they have to wait for our next July visit. Thank you for having us!

The unit was clean and check in was easy. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient.

We stayed in room 105 and it was very nice, had a great view and kitchen was fully stocked with needed items. Washer/dryer located right outside unit (bring your quarters!). Our only complaint was that if you have another party staying with you, one of you has to park across the street (quite far down in back parking lot) which was not well lit up at night, which is a little inconvenient for older guests. We loved the heated pool as there was a lot of space and several chairs. A great place, responsive host and beautiful sunsets!

Great condo. Clean and updated. We loved the first floor unit. Down a short flight of steps and you are on the beach.

We enjoyed our week on the beach! The condo has a big balcony with a great view of the beach and the Gulf. The building is older but well maintained, and the condo itself has been updated with newer kitchen cupboards. This is a quieter part of the beach, which is what we wanted. Thanks!

Apartment really needs updating. Broken lights, broken window shutters, windows and window shades broken and dirty. General cleanliness sub par.

We had a great time; the place was perfect for all of us to have our own space. The kitchen is well equipped to cook all our meals. Nelson answered our questions as soon as I would ask. Plenty of towels for us at the pool.

We made a last minute switch to stay in Indian Shores after our original plans to vacation in Fort Myers Beach were thwarted by hurricane Ian. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nelson's condo. Our kids enjoyed the pool and beach and we all enjoyed a number of local restaurants. Good times!

My husband and I had an amazing stay!!! Nelson was great to rent from. He was very responsive and understanding. We will be back!!!

You can't beat the beautiful sunset every night, the beach and surf at your feet. And a host whom is always accessable even while attending a world series playoff game.. Updates were nice and room had anything you needed. Beach view is breathtaking. Owner was in too of my issue there was.

I loved being away from the crowd. It was so nice and quiet, clean, had a great pool, and gorgeous oceanfront view. I would definitely stay there again! The owner is super responsive and very helpful. Thanks for a great week!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Terrific condo with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The dates we stayed coincided with the Hurricane Ian disaster. The owner, Nelson, kept us informed as to what we would need to do. We did have to evacuate a few days early, better safe than sorry. The hurricane ended up making landfall further south than was initially anticipated so there was no damage to the condo or any surrounding buildings. We'll go back, hopefully, to continue our relaxing stay in Indian Shores.

Nelson was very accommodating and easy to work with. Very responsive to any communication held with him. The location of the property is great! The view from the deck is spectacular! There are beach chairs and some toys for the kids. Parking only for one vehicle. Pull out couch was not very comfortable for the adults that slept on it, but the couch itself was. There was plenty of dishes for cooking in the condo. Things I didn't know since I don't get to travel often or frequently is knowing that that things like toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags are needed if staying more than a couple of days. I just was not prepared, but the grocery stores are not far, so just a quick trip and we were able to grab the items needed. The negatives to us were the temperature in the bedrooms was uncomfortable with anything more than a sheet at night. There were fans, but it was very warm even with them. The other negative is the garbage dumpster is below the unit and the smell of trash comes up into the bedroom with the 2 beds in it every morning. However, I would recommend Nelson's property as a great place to stay! Overall, our experience was great, and I cannot wait until I can go back to Indian Shores! Thank you Nelson!

Plenty of extras to make the visit so enjoyable. Toys for the kids, canopy and chairs where great to have as well as lots of other things.

Beautiful, quiet beach with small waves and shallow, clear water. Nelson was quick to answer any questions and it is clear he put a lot of thought into making a stay at his condo comfortable. Would stay here again!

Everything else you could possibly need was already in the home. The private beach was never crowded and we spent every moment we could on the balcony. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, board games, sunsets... it's like you're on the beach all the time. The owner is super friendly and easy to reach. Even the gentleman that came in for 5 minutes to do some quick maintenance was wonderful. Great experience and if we're ever back in the area we'll definitely be staying again.

Rental was so easy and property manager was available our entire stay! Property was clean and beautiful! Will definitely stay again!!
