Very neat and clean

This place had everything we needed: Nice view, beach trolley, wheeled coolers, beach chairs, and especially important for us were bikes! Easy access to the property.

This property has everything, the only thing you need to bring is your luggage. Location is perfect, super easy walk to the beach and the village. We had a wonderful stay.

Property was perfect accept the sofa bed that pulled out was broken. The view was amazing and beach access was right in front of the house.

It was a perfectly situated property with close beach access, great views of the gulf and close to downtown Siesta Key. The house was well stocked for linens, towels and kitchenware. The pool was a perfect size. We loved the property.

This condo was very well-decorated, clean and complete with amenities. The proximity to the beach is very convenient and provides a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our week and plan to be back in the future.

The entire process was seamless from booking, checking in to checking out! We arrived to a very clean, well appointed & beautifully decorated property. They had all the amenities one would expect for an upscale listing. We had a problem with the dishwasher the second day, but management responded the same day with a repairman. I loved the location! It was an easy walk to the main village and directly across the street from beautiful Siesta Key beach. We utilized the four nice bikes that came with the property which was a wonderful perk! We used the grill at the pool on several occasions. Even though we shared the pool space with another unit, it was comfortable & nice to know our neighbors. The only downfall, which is temporary, is a house being built across the street created a lot of noise during the day. However, I loved this property and would rent it again & again.

Great location but description was not quite accurate. Max capacity would be 4. No way to put more in that space. The 3rd bedroom is tiny & only has single trundle bed w no adjoining bath. Great location & place is nice but small for our family of 4.

We spent a week at Villa Vista Mare. The location from the beach and to the village are perfect. The walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes and the walk to town is about 15. The condo also has five bikes which is perfect for a quicker trip. The condo comes equipped with everything a family would need. All of your beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, games and there for you to use. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing. The one bedroom is very small and doesn't have a closet. It worked out for our family but it would be tough to use as a rental for three couples. Overall I would highly recommend

Awesome location on the Key. Just as easy to walk to The Village as it was to drive there! Beautifully appointed (but pillows could use an upgrade—-I don’t understand why rentals have the cheapest, most uncomfortable pillows). Everything you could want in a home away from home was furnished & available! Loved waking up and have my coffee on the decks that look straight to the Gulf. Pool was Awesome!!! I want to go back….actually, never wanted to leave but work & school beckoned…..This is a gem of a rental in Siesta Key!!!!

The unit had everything we wanted and more. We will definitely be returning. There were plenty of beach toys and activities for kids to do. Our girls age 3 LOVED the elevator. The only complaint I would have is the child lock on the pool entrance is broken. It should be fixed so children can’t open the gate.

Stayed my wife and kids. Beach access across the street. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommend.

We didn’t want to leave! Our family had a great time! The condo was excellent and only had a couple of blips, which were resolved very quickly. The condo, the pool, location was excellent!! Thank you Villa Vista Mare! We hope to see you next year😊

This Villa Vista Mare is a great offering! The unit is furnished very nicely and comfortable and with great amenities. The pool and the pool area were also nicely appointed and offered a great place to relax. The availability of bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, beach cart, and beach toys was also very nice. The locations was great; right across the street from beach access and the deepest part of the beach offering lots of private space even during spring break. We were just minutes from restaurants and stores by car or bike.

We really enjoyed our trip. The property was so nice and convenient to everything. My teenaged children really had fun there.

This property is directly accross the entrance to the public beach and walking distance into town. Its very comfortable, clean and spacious.

My wife and I, my brother and his wife all celebrated our anniversaries in Siesta Key. Weather, beach and waves were great! Found a couple excellent restaurants locally and in Longboat. Very very nice!

This three bedroom condo is right across the street from the beach. All of the conveniences necessary for a relaxing stay. The pool is a perfect size and fenced in area gives you all the privacy you need. Easy to use computer terminal/screen provides up to date information at your fingertips. The balcony area is very comfortable and great for people watching or just enjoying the ocean view. Would stay there again!

Great place for Siesta Key Beach access

Was nice to be in a 2 unit house so close to everything. Perfect views of the ocean, 2 minute walk to the playground on beach, and a 12 minute walk to the village. Updated and comfortable furnishings and a rental company that goes above and beyond make this a winner.

We loved our experience from the start, Jennifer st the Cottages went above and beyond to help make our family vacation outstanding! Would definitely rent this unit again!!

Stayed here with my wife and another and found the property to be as described. Close to the village but not too close. Great view of beach and plenty of chairs, bikes, etc to make the stay enjoyable. We’ll be back!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers had a great stay here. Spotless, well-maintained unit. Can’t beat the location. Cross the street and you’re on the best beach we’ve ever seen! Less than a mile to town. Free trolley stops right on the corner. Garage was stocked with ample supply of bikes, beach chairs, coolers, pool floats, everything you need! Had some WiFi issues but management company was very responsive and did all they could to resolve the problem. Loved the balcony. Great view! Comfortable, upscale furnishings furnishings. Just wished there were enough chairs for all of us to sit at the same table, but we managed with 4 at the table and 4 at the counter. Outstanding accommodations. We’ll be back!

The unit more than met our expectations. Very well equipped and comfortable. We much enjoyed the patio overlooking one of the best beaches in the world. Amazing view and sunsets! It is a short walk to the village which was very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic beach/golf/family holiday.
