Nothing - We toured through Portugal for a month and stayed at five locations. Four were wonderful. The fifth (this one) was an absolute disgrace and the owner should act professionally rather than simply take money.

The apartment air environment was a disgrace. Damp, mould and stench. The drain smell through the shower and basin wastes was so bad we had to put towels over them.The whole building is damp. Sit on the sofa for 10 minutes and you will be damp. Beds damp. Cloths in wardrobe damp and smelling within six hours. The environment was so bad we moved out after 24 hours. Because it was so last minute and high season it was at great expense. The owner was slow to respond (“claims she was blocked from her account by ‘Booking.com'). For the damp she blames the neighbours (so is fully aware of damp problem) and made now effort to resolve. The owner claims she attempted to resolve. All contact was through the bookings account so it is very clear she made absolutely no effort or solution as no message to resolve in my account. I would suggest the apartment would be unsafe for someone with respiratory condition or young babies.

lovely host, great location on top of the cliff above Nazare. easy to get down to the beach, easy walking distance to restaurants (great burger place), ice cream shop, small supermarket

Amazing host that was attentive to our needs and replied immediately to any of our questions or concerns. We found the apartment clean and spacious. The location is tough to beat if staying in Sitio. Gorgeous views of lower Nazare right outside our door and within walking distance of north beach and the lighthouse.

Parking was a little bit of a challenge but with help from the host we managed without too much difficulty. It really depends on what time of day. We never had a problem when returning in the evening.

3 perfect bed rooms Walk out of the door and you have stunning views down to the Nazare Beach And North Beach is not far.
