Posizione ideale per visitare gli scavi di Pompei, qualche minuto a piedi. Parcheggio incluso. Ristoranti e bar a 1-2 Min a piedi. Pulizia impeccabile. Letto matrimoniale XL molto comodo, bagno ampio (camera 6). Gestori disponibili.

Stanza rumorosa con arredamento decadente (armadio senza fondo). Fornelli a gas a due fuochi, stile campeggio, per preparare autonomamente la colazione (latte, thè). Nessun prodotto caldo deteinato o decaffeinato. Stufa a bombola per la stanza comune che rimane piuttosto fredda (a dicembre). Camera fredda, con climatizzazione autonoma ma con dispersione notturna che controbilancia negativamente. Agire su finestre ed infissi (rumore e freddo), qualche ritocco all'arredamento e qualche accortezza nell' offerta a colazione, basterebbero a migliorare significativamente la qualità del soggiorno nel B&B.

Die Lage war echt gut, der Gastgeber geschäftstüchtig und Auskunfts-freudig. Der Parkplatz war ok.

Alles war eher einfach gehalten, das Bad klein, die Dusche mini. Ein Stuhl im Zimmer, alles auf Funktion getrimmt. Das Frühstück in kleinen Plastikportionen. Wie die Bookingbewertung von 9,3 zustande gekommen ist, ist mir schleierhaft. Etwas im 7-ener Bereich passt besser.

First of all host, and his girlfriend are absolutely fantastic people. However, property is ok for one night sleep, but not as good as it should be. Generally complete city of Pompei is urban chaos. It is not Italian spontaneous way of tourism. It is more like "take the money and run tourism". If there were not archeological site from Vezuvio eruption, Pompei would be least interstating place on Earth. However, Pompei archeological site is impressive. Recommendation to buy tickets online in advance, as it is crowd. Mind that orange juice in plastic cup has touristic value of 8eur! It pretty cheaper even in Venezia. Town is dirty, it is characteristic of whole Campania regia of Italy. If you are not big fan of archeological sites, avoid Pompei.

Location cannot be beat as far as visiting Pompeii early the next morning.

Comfortable room but no air con that I could see.

Not keen on DIY type B&Bs, where you self cater for breakfast. Too much Pfaff.

Nice and friendly stuffs, the location is also good which is next to the Pompei scavi train station and closed to the entrance of the Pompei ruin

The location is great, 10 min walk from the train station and Pompei entrance. Not a lot, but several good restaurants nearby. The host is a great guy, super friendly and helpful, speaks fluent English. Great breakfast, cheap beer. Large shared living room space.

The room was a bit small.

The host Antonio contacted us and let us know where we could store our bags since we arrived early to visit Pompei. Later he called and arranged to meet and oriented us to the property, room, and breakfast arrangements. The host, cost and location close to Pompei Scavi station and park entrance are the most important value.

As noted by others the synthetic sheet material is a little scratchy.
