We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean Beach. The condo itself was accurately described. One bedroom is all we needed. It was clean and had everything you needed to spend some days at the beach. Having air conditioning and the washer/dryer were great amenities and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is central to everything around San Diego so a great place to make home base. The location is close to very good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. Loved all the locals frequenting the establishments as opposed to being overrun with tourists. We were torn between places in Mission Beach and Ocean Beach. Glad we picked Ocean Beach. You can't go wrong with Janet's place. She was super friendly and a great communicator. We were there during some bad weather and had trouble getting out of San Diego. She was great as we figured things out. May have to go back and continue an extended Ocean Beach stay in the future!

The apartment was so close to the Ocean Beach Pier that it felt like it was in my front yard and yet inside the unit it was quiet and peaceful. A one bedroom sounds small but the way that the furniture and rooms are appointed it feels like a three bedroom. Anything that you might need to have fun at the beach and at the place were available. To be able to enjoy Ocean Beach so easily is a true gift!

We were there for 3 nights. It was a perfect location, very close to sunset cliffs, and to lots of shops/restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and everything was nice in the place. They had drinks in the fridge, a bottle of wine and chocolate on the table when we entered. It was perfect for our quick trip to San Diego! we would be willing to stay here again if we are in the area again!

The beach life at your fingertips!

Pulling up to the outside of the building, I wasn't impressed, but once inside, the condo was as described. Just a couple of houses from the pier or a block down to the beach was a perfect location. Having a closet with all of the beach amenities was so convenient and helpful. There were several restaurants at the other end of the block (Bar 1502 was a favorite) or a couple of blocks away (Breakfast Republic also great) so no car necessary. Unfortunately, there were some homeless men living out in front at the edge of the pier that would yell at us when walking by to where I didn't feel comfortable with my daughter and I walking by without my husband and did put a bit of a damper on things. Not the fault of the condo but does impact the experience. Janet super quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

The condo was great. The location was convenient to everything. We spent time in La Jolla, the zoo and Coronado Island and never spent more than 20-30 minutes in the car to our destination. The only issue we had was the AC and dishwasher were out of commission. Neither had an impact on our stay and Janet was very to communicate with and alerted us to the AC before we arrived (even offering to fully refund if we preferred!). Overall, we had a great stay in OB!

My wife, teen daughter and I flew into San Diego and were excited to stay close to Ocean Beach. Great restaurants, coffee, ice cream nearby so we could walk a few minutes there. We had rented a car and the property parking was clean and easily accessible. This property was very well stocked and clean. Beds and couches were comfortable and we had plenty of blankets/bedding/pillows to make our relaxing time perfect. Streaming TV and updated appliances were great! We enjoyed our stay on this property and would surely stay there again.

First visit to San Diego and it didn’t disappoint. Ocean Beach is unique and filled with all walks of life but enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and surrounding areas! The condo was clean and very comfortable. No complaints!

Great location. Beach just a house away. Loved being able to walk to lots of restaurants. Forgot about the planes going overhead , but got used to them. The tub area needed a little Clorox. But everything else was very nice. Lots of towels and bedding. Especially glad to have a designated parking spot.

The condo was located really close to the beach. The waves were great for my 3 kids to boogie board. Everything was very clean and organized. We would stay here again!

Great place to have as a home base in Ocean Beach for a while! You can hear the ocean from the bedroom if you open the window, which is romantic and beautiful.

A bottle of wine and chocolate was waiting for us when we arrived. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary, returning to Ocean Beach where we first lived when we were married, and our visit was great. The location of the Condo to the beach, pier, restaurants, and shops was perfect. We parked our car in the condo parking space and didn’t move it until time to leave. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely return.

We were happy with the condo ,and it was nice having new appliances and washer/dryer was very handy.Everything in town was walking distance and everyone was polite ,helpful and friendly.

This clean and cozy beach condo was perfect for quick walks to the pier, beach, restaurants and shops. We loved our stay here and will stay again!

Was here with family for mother's funeral but the condo and its wonderful location made our gloomy trip brighter. Our place had everything we needed and then some. Bed was comfortable slept with windows open so I could listen to ocean. People super nice food choices were awesome especially the Mexican restaurant at the corner and piza port. Great choice.

My stay was pleasant and thoroughly enjoyable. The unit includes everything to make a home away from home. I especially appreciated the convenience provided w all the beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, blankets, insulated cooler bag, boogie boards and more. I also appreciated the HOA rules of quiet hours and keeping the common areas free of personal items such as hanging towels/wet suits, etc. It's a bonus having a designated parking space but know that it is a tight space so leave the Yukon XL at home. There are an array of beachy shops and restaurants walking distance in the entire vicinity including a small Target, a definite plus. It was a solo trip for me and felt completely safe. Book w confidence.

I stayed in San Diego for several weeks and this listing could not have been better. The unit was fully stocked with everything needed to stay long-term and the location is unbeatable. I was a bit nervous being solo, but the condo was completely safe and I felt totally at ease. I hope I can come back soon!!

I was looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place close to town and the beach. This was exactly what I was looking for and could not have been happier with place. Plenty of places to eat and entertainment within easy walking distance. It is exactly as advertised and I will definitely return and recommend!

The condo was cute, clean, had plenty of supplies to cook with, washer/dryer & was exactly what we needed. Right next to the pier and beach. Close to restaurants and grocery store. It was a relaxing getaway. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time at this beach condo. It was just what we needed before school started back up for our kids. I highly recommend it. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a party of 4 (2 couples) and everyone felt right at home! The king sized pull out couch was just as comfortable as a regular bed but conveniently folded up for full use of the living room during the day. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Nice condo, everything you need - kitchen well stocked, nice living room area; bed comfy....great location close to pier and restaurants/stores. Owner was clear and responsive. Enjoyed our stay! Hopefully, we will be back!
