I stayed at this beautiful home with my wife, two kids, my sister and her husband and my nephew, and my mother. We were extremely impressed with the home - it was much bigger in person than what I thought it would be based on the photos. It is also very well kept, it has everything needed to enjoy a fantastic vacation in St. Croix. The location was great for us, we were able to get to excellent family friendly beach locations easily with our cars and also get to restaurants and grocery stores easily. The home has a beautiful view and an amazing pool which the whole family enjoyed. The home had a pack and play for our youngest baby as well which was great. We did have to clean the pool but during the stay someone came to clean it for us even better, we even got a non stick pan brought to us which was a really nice thing they did for us. I would recommend staying at this property with a large group, we could have brought another family and had plenty of space!

Nice place, great location!

We had 8 adults that were all family ranging in age from 22-82. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living room area, as well as the deck. The view is amazing and we had wonderful weather. We cooked many of the meals ourselves and enjoyed the family time. Thanks to Enid, Lisa, and Chad for answering our questions before and after we arrived. The staff and all the people we met on the island were very friendly!

This is a beautiful property that is great for a large group or family - plenty of space inside and out, with gorgeous ocean views! The location is also great - in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the St. Croix has to offer.

Beautiful property, gorgeous views of the Caribbean, clean… the property manager met us at the airport and led us to the villa. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and plan on staying there again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Lisa met us at the airport as soon as our rental car was loaded and ready to go. She gave us the guided tour of the property. The property looks just like the listing. Plenty of space, clean, fully equipped... We put groceries and drinks in the house and needed nothing else. Great beach is nearby. Shopping is 15 minutes away. I fully recommend this property and will return!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! It definitely had the “wow” factor when we first walked in, so beautiful and spacious! The views were great especially from the main family room. I was so grateful there were a few stairs leading to the pool and we didn’t have. To worry about our granddaughter getting to the pool before us and the second living area right off the pool deck was great for our son and his wife. Having the laundry facilities was also so helpful as we used the pool a lot. The beaches we used were a short 10 minute drive away but we stayed all afternoon and had dinner there too. We were also lucky enough to see the fire dancers and stilt walkers which is traditional in st croix. We also used Chad’s recommendation to have the house supplied with some breakfast provisions before we go there. Our flight was late and we were famished by time we got there so I would highly recommend that. Chad also responded to all my questions and concerns immediately which makes him the perfect host. Lisa was the concierge who escorted us to the house and she couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful! Thank you to all for making our vacation special!

I rented chad's villa for half of our bridal party with the rest staying nearby. Chad was communicative throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. The property manager, Lisa, was amazing and was able to stock the villa with our groceries before arrival!! The house is gorgeous with amazing views. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Everyone had a great time hanging by the pool during the day.

We stayed at this lovely property to celebrate my birthday with family. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of space as the property can easily accommodate double the amount of guests. The house was tucked away in the hills with an incredible view from every balcony in the house. The pool area and view was incredible! The entire house was so warm and inviting and had all the comforts and amenities of home. We really enjoyed being able to prepare meals in the massive chef's kitchen, they had every appliance! We also took advantage of the concierge service to stock the house with all the food we would need during our stay. We suggest you rent a car which was a recommendation from everyone and makes it easy to travel in town. We traveled to the beach, downtown Christianstead for a quick burgers, and Dugan's Reef restaurant for my birthday dinner, which sits right on the water and had amazing seafood! We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the staff. I would absolutely return for another stay in the future. Thank you for making my Birthday one to remember!

This is a beautiful home in an amazing setting. There’s an almost constant breeze, making it nice and cool no matter how hot it was outside. My daughter, her partner and their family stayed in the main home and I had the lower level apartment to myself, which worked out perfectly since I am an early riser and didn’t have to worry about waking them or my grandchildren. Would love to stay again!

Layout worked well for two families. The view was beautiful, but could use more outdoor seating for larger groups to enjoy it.

House was perfect for our mother daughter trip of 7. There was ample space for everyone, the views were spectacular, and it is located near some wonderful restaurants. Only thing we didn’t realize when booking was that one of the bedrooms & kitchen was essentially in a separate apartment with its own outside entrance.

We had a wonderful concierge who brought us to the property. As we drove into the property, I was pleasantly surprised. The views are even more spectacular than the photos can capture. Both inside and out I thought the property was better than I envisioned from the photos. I loved that they had a bubbler of water provided for us, The master bed was very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the covered porch when we were not at the pool. We stayed in January and February and I thought that the pool would be warmer, but they do not heat many pools in St. Croix due to the high electricity cost. Other than the chilly pool everything was lovely!

If you are looking for a beautiful view each morning and access to many lovely hiking trails, east end restaurants, lovely beaches and room enough for a large family, this is the place. We loved the giant kitchen for family cooking and the beautiful breezes that flowed throughout the house. We cannot love this space enough! Thanks for an awesome stay.

My wife and I and our 4 kids very much enjoyed our stay in St. Croix. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outstanding view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked 2 meals a day and also celebrated a birthday, which involved making cupcakes with the cupcake pans provided. Lisa, the concierge was fantastic! She escorted us to our house, gave us a tour of the house answered all our questions. She checked on us several times via text and it was nice knowing that she was available at any time. I would highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to St. Croix.

Beautiful house and great location. If you don’t like soft beds, this is NOT the place for you. You’ll also want to note that the seating in the living room is limited to 4-6 speople and the table on the porch only seats 4.

Felt a little rushed by the young lady that met is for checkin as she had an event to cater. She was very helpful however. House was clean snd provided all the things one would need for a comfortable stay. Wifi was disappointing as did not work at pool or downstairs. Spotty service as well. Would recommend place to others.

The property was spacious,the views magnificent and the location perfect. We had a mixed group of ages and everyone had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay

Nice house, pool and views. Inside looks nice but be careful with all of their booby traps and dated and worn appliances and furniture. Things will break while you are there because things are old and not maintained(broken drawers, broken chairs and tables, faucets and TVs). When their old stuff gets damaged while you are there, they will gladly use that additional $1000 deposit to replace their old crap with brand new stuff by blaming the guest for breaking something that is already broken.

The home was beauty, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures.

There were 11 of us, 5 adults and 6 kids (10-15). We all had plenty of space to sprawl and have our space. The kitchen was a nice layout for us all to be together as well. It was also nice to have the basement kitchen for the kids to keep their snacks. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house with a huge kitchen. Very convenient to have washer/dryer. Utilized the charcoal grill. The view is gorgeous. Manager was very responsive and promptly solved any issue that arose.
