The bed was comfortable and it is spacious

The shower is too small and it is attached to the toilet so when you shower the water splashes everywhere and because is above a restaurant sometimes the cigarette smoke comes into the room also Had trouble with internet

The place is great! I had an amazing time there. The studio is perfect for short or long stay. I had there everything that I needed. Everything is fancy, new and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. I recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO FALL INTO SAME TRAP. MAY BE A FRAUD Hello, after i have seen the photos of this apartment , i booked the place. I gave my credit card as verification an then the booking was confirmed for 29.04-01.5 two nights,three people. The only payment option was directly to host. I was in front of the apartment with my parents on Sunday at 15 o'clock. We called her and she came in five minutes. She said hello and continued in bulgarian language. She gave us the keys and brought us to the first floor. She opened the flat and she said the other apartment was already booked. first, we did not understand why she said it. After we have paid her 120 LEVA in cash, she left. Then i have opened the photos of this ad and i have realised that she actually has two apartments in the same building but only one ad. She gave us the smaller unrenovated apartment without a kitchen. I have seen the other apartment on Sunday morning, because she sent us her maid for the water boiler ( since it was not working) and her maid cleaned the other apartment after she replaced our water boiler with the new one from the renovated flat. Then i told her from Whatsapp that we were not satisfied with the booking because this was just not the apartment we have seen in the photos. She did not believe at first. Bu then i sent her the booking.com link for her own apartment with the hope that she will now understand what i mean. She confessed that there was a mistake and the photos of two apartments were mixed. She wrote from Whatsapp that she was sorry and will update the photos. After that, we had no contact and we left the apartment on monday morning and put the keys in to security box. After i sent her the photo of the security box with the keys, i told her that we left. Plenty of light in the room, very comfortable beds, all amenities necessary for a stay of a family, short walking distance to the city center, very kind and caring hostess.

I booked this place on a discounted rate so for me it was excellent value for money. I arrived a bit early and the owner was there cleaning, so I was given the keys directly. Otherwise you will be given a code and there is a safe where you pick up and drop the keys. The place is comfortable and very clean, ideal for 1 person or a couple. There is a double bed, TV, fridge, washign machine and the wifi works well. The owner takes good care of the place and is reachable by phone. During my stay the washing machine broke down and the owner fixed it promptly.

There are facilities to cook but not really a kitchen. There is an oven oddly placed in the balcony. The area is very noisy at night, there are various restaurants and there were people shouting in the streets till the early hours.
