The location and the view was fantastic. The Pantry was well stocked. The Service from the staff in terms of responsiveness was great.

- the property was listed as having aircon. The property's aircon is in the kitchen (which is a weird place - given it blows onto the stove) - and in particular there is no aircon in any bedrooms which are no where near the kitchen. When we had 27/28 degree days - this meant the rooms were boiling and not able to be cooled down by the fans. - it is listed as being pet friendly - having the back yard area closed in (the duplex on the other side has no fence) would mean it actually is useable by the pets - alternatively consider a partition between the two duplexes at the back - having three lockboxes was confusing - the property is not easily accessible for people with mobility issues - this probably should be stated clearly - we lost power to the washing machine, dryer, all the back bedroom power points last night - and this was not resolved by the time we checked out - we also lost hot water as a result of this - the standard of cleaning (spider webs, rubbish under beds) was poor.
