Great location, clean and confortable, equiped with water beach items for relaxing or floating in the water. Will book again...

This was our first VRBO experience, so we didn’t really know what to expect. We were blown away by the experience. Julie, the property manager was a wealth of knowledge and helped us navigate our vacation on Grand Cayman. Julie responds quickly to inquiries and is very professional. The condo was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay in the Grand Cayman. We don’t usually watch tv on vacation, but it was Super Bowl Sunday which we were able to access on the large screen tv. Loved the large covered balcony overlooking the pool. If you wish to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. Julie provided a contact for a chef to provide a few of our meals. The condo provides plenty of towels, luxurious beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs, dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner. The condo is not on the beach, but it is a short walk to get to the beach. Also, it is a short walk to the grocery and liquor stores and DQ too. The food on the island is very good. You really need a car to get around to the restaurants and to explore the island, but be prepared to drive on the left side of the road. If you like to snorkel or dive, book several boat excursions to get to all the reefs and shipwrecks.

The condo very clean and well stocked. It was very close to the beach just across the boggy sand road through a private beach access. It was nice to have the private pool which was never crowded because it was just for the 4 Windsong units. Julie was awesome to work with, had good recommendations and was very quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely return to this unit.

This is our 3rd time returning to this location. Quiet location just across street from private beach access with nice snorkeling spot about 150 yards swim. Grocery store close by. Parking is tight, but owner is very accommodating - was not an issue. Not “downtown”, but there are a few restaurant options around. Try Heritage kitchen…amazing local fish dishes!! Will book again!! Thanks!!

The property was very clean and the location was great. Julie was always available to answer questions or provide information. The beach was 100 feet from the place and it was nice to have a private pool on the property. We’re a family of five and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Phenomenal…Julie is the most upfront, hands on & efficient property manager I have ever experienced. She is really on top of her game. The location, although not directly on the beach it is VERY close with gated access that worked out wonderfully for us. The location was PERFECT. The property itself is well furnished, very well provisioned with everything you need & then some. Restaurant’s nearby & grocery store was within walking distance. Weather was wonderful, a great time was had by all & we would definitely use this place again.

Windsong #4 is part of a 4 unit building. Julie is great - helpful and a wealth of knowledge. The property is quiet. Across the street from the beach access and a short drive from the hustle and bustle areas. Grocery and liquor store is within walking distance. It worked out great and we'll do it again

This was an excellent property to stay at on Grand Cayman. The location to the beach is excellent, we went back and forth all day. The unit was clean and the pool was a great escape.

We had regulated A.C....which we weren't told about when booking.when having a problem we were told we didn't have regulated A.C.,But then later we were told we did...then we had no A.C at all for the day before we left....it was very hot it went to 81in the condo.So check first,ask questions about A.C. ahead a time.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Julie’s property. The place was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The private beach area was breathtaking and we hope to return soon!

Condo was perfect for our family. Steps to the best sandy beach and fun snorkeling. Had great beach gear and towels. Beds and pillows were comfy and kitchen had everything you need. Nice deck overlooking private pool. There is a grocery store and liquor store 2 minutes from Windsong, which was super convenient. Would absolutely stay again. Julie was great to deal with.

Great accommodations. Everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. Plenty of room and nice patio. Was able to communicate with owner by text which helps quickly and efficiently. Your are not right on the beach but a short walk away from the best beach spot on island in my opinion. We were able to drink the locals water through filter in fridge. We also were able to stay an hour after checkout which was nice. We brought our teenage daughters and they never got bored. We will definitely be coming back. The only thing I would say there is no partial view of the sea from patio. But everything else was great!

We had an amazing vacation to Grand Cayman. This home is fantastic - beautiful and clean! Its location is perfect. The owner Julie was so kind and very helpful with great recommendations to make our stay even more wonderful! We definitely want to come again!

Our 2 week stay at Windsong Condominiums, Unit 4, was perfect. The condo was well stocked with everything you need for comfort and enjoyment. The Foster's Grocery store was a short walk or 2 minute drive to purchase all your food items. Laundry soap, dishwasher soap, beach towels, paper towels, and a fully stocked kitchen is provided. I packed some non-perishable food items in a large suitcase brought them with us. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is perfect. Very quiet part of the beach with complete tranquility. No rocks and a sandy bottom. You can bring water shoes if you prefer but I never used mine . Snorkeling right off the beach was excellent. Snorkel gear can be rented for $10 for the week. Chairs and umbrellas are at the condo to take to the beach, along with some water toys. Julie was amazing. She checked in on us quite often and answered our texts with questions immediately. This was our 7th trip to Grand Cayman and this was our favorite location.

The property was very nice. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, good kitchen and laundry along with a storage closet for beach chairs and beach toys. Loved sitting on the porch at night and listening to the pool fountains. Great location for going north on SMB or south. A great restaurant and the grocery store is a short walk away.

This property is directly across from the beach on a quiet street but close enough to walk to Foster grocery and several small restaurants. The public bus runs frequently and is a bargain for $2 Cayman to Georgetown , or most locations on this end of the island. Highly recommend the Six Sense Bio Tour, which was recommended by Julie our host.

We greatly enjoyed our 10 days on Grand Cayman, and this location fit all of our needs perfectly. We were clear with what we wanted with this vacation, and our choice of Windsong was perfect for us. First, all of the descriptions of the property were accurate in our assessment, and that avoided any negative surprises when we arrived. Julie's communications were all very clear and timely regarding the arrival process and what to expect when first getting to Windsong. The clarity and completeness of her communications reduced any worry we had regarding where to go, when to arrive, and how to gain access. The unit has a master bedroom (MBR) with a master bath and two smaller but still very spacious rooms. In our party we had two married adults and two adult children, so the "kids" had their own bedrooms for the vacation. The family room is also very spacious with comfortable seating (couch/chairs), an eating area (kitchen table), plus a nice-sized full kitchen. We had plenty of space for only the four of us, and I can imagine no issues with a couple more people (younger kids for example). The one smaller bedroom has separate beds that would be best for younger children -- our 6' tall son would not fit in the shorter bed in that room. The other (non-master) bedroom has a queen bed and is very comfortable for taller people. We enjoyed time in both the pool and at the beach. The walk to the beach is very short, about 1 minute. Winding provides very nice beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle board, etc. We carried most of these items to the beach, but I can see that being a bit of a challenge for some folks. The beach is great for relaxing/sunning, reading, throwing frisbee, swimming or just relaxing in the water. The snorkeling in that immediate area was not worthwhile since there is no live coral right there. However, a short walk one direction or the other likely leads to good snorkeling (we didn't find it ourselves, but saw many others snorkeling down the beach). The pool seems new and is in great shape. It's meant for relaxing and dipping or for younger kids to play in, and for that purpose it's great. At the end of a day, it was great to take a dip and relax for a bit in the water (if we didn't got to the beach). The location is also perfect for dinners out or bringing in. Lots of choices nearby. Also it's a very short drive to Georgetown. Julie provides lots of great recommendations for all of that. All in all, a great place to go for us.

The only cons were the noise from the condo building construction next to the unit and the description as having a partial ocean view which there was none. This is a beautiful property in an amazing location. There is everything you need. We had an amazing family holiday. There is a great pool on site and the beach is very close.

This was our 3rd time staying at Windsong and we will never stay anywhere else! We love everything about it. The location is ideal and the condo is in excellent condition. Communication between Julie, the property manager, is always quick and easy. We are already trying to decide when we can go back!
