Our weekend away can be summed up in on word AMAZING! Ken the owner of the property was great. He was very informative, knowledgeable & there if we needed anything. The house was just as pictured. It was clean, spacious and felt like home. Plus it was right on the lake and made for some stunning sunrises and beautiful evening by the fire pit. It was also in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking and accessibility to the house and many surrounding wineries/vineyards/breweries. This was a great place to stay and we are already looking into dates so we can return next year.

We absolutely loved our stay with all the wonderful amenities that were included. The lake view was spectacular, and the sunrise and sunsets added to our enjoyment! Ken was very welcoming and accommodate our requests. The welcome tray of goodies was such an unexpected and thoughtful and kind surprise.

What a perfect place for 4 of us- the pics do not do it justice! Very clean, gorgeous view and plenty of places to hang by the lake on the property. Ken is lovely, with great suggestions for local things to do and easily accessible. It was a great 4 days at Seneca Lake!

Overall this was a great place to stay. Rearranged some beautiful decorations related to young children around during the stay, but enjoyed the beautiful view, dock access, one floor house, nice sunroom allowing for views come rain or shine. There is a great little playground 0.5 miles away which was great for kids. I enjoyed having property manager next door just in case and felt we definitely had our privacy. Had a nice week and would recommend to nice small group.

The house and location were perfect! In the mornings if we couldn't be out on the deck, we loved sitting on the sunporch. It was so peaceful. The street was so quiet and was perfect for dog walking in the mornings and evenings.

Four 60 and older adults relaxing by beautiful Seneca Lake. Four bedroom home with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Morning coffee on outdoor porch watching the sunrise and water fowl. You can cook your own food or Door Dash. Instacart available. Ken and Ellen are gracious, unobtrusive hosts available if needed. In the middle of wine country. What more could anyone seeking peace and quiet ask.

Our second time at Copper Beach and once again a very enjoyable stay. Home is comfortable and exactly as described. Front porch (enclosed) overlooking Seneca lake is worth the trip.

We had a wonderful Spring break hiking and playing at the park. We had a great time just being together. My son loved capturing the sun rise over the lake from the 3 season room. The kiddos loved practicing their casting skills knowing all the fish were in the middle of the lake. We enjoyed the fire pit by the lake! Ken was great, meeting us and helping answer our questions and a wonderful welcome package. We all want to return next summer!

What an amazing spot for a girls trip! Ken and Ellen were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The house was super clean and cute! What an INCREDIBLE view of the lake. We arrived at night and were in awe of the lake when we be woke up. We could not have been happier with this gem!!

Copper Beach was great for a week of relaxing with the family. The house was spacious and the outdoor space was great. The lake front had enough space for our kids to play. There were many thoughtful amenities included. Our kids enjoyed walking to the nearby park and ice cream shop. The location was great for jogging and taking walks.

First time to the Finger Lakes region and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The house was comfortable and clean with all anyone would need indoors or out: kitchen staples, linens, Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, outdoor fridge, grill, hammock, cornhole, fire pit, lake toys, swimming platform, and outstanding lake views. Ken and Ellen were the perfect hosts- so helpful and friendly. We loved the area, and when we return, we will definitely stay here again!

You will not regret your stay at Copper Beach! We were greeted as we pulled in. Ken took us in a quick tour of the property and amenities (and a wonderful gift tray of goodies). He even offered to help carry in our things. The house main living areas were bigger than we expected. Six adults, a toddler and 3 month old puppy had plenty of room with a crate and play yard. During our stay, we enjoyed grilling, fishing, lakeside campfires, wineries, walking, puzzles and playing cards … and of course taking in the breathtaking views. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home and hospitality. Copper Beach is a true gem.

We loved our week! Being right on the lake was exact what we wanted, and all the water toys and swim platform that came with the house were added bonuses. The dock was perfect for my husband to fish everyday. We also loved the big picnic table on the deck and the extra fridge out there as well. We also enjoyed the hammock! And we were surprised to see there was a cornhole game to play! We also had a fire two nights. And the screened on porch was perfect when it rained. There really was no reason to leave the property! But we did! We LOVED the gorge at Watkins Glen State Park, renting a pontoon, and shopping at Penn Yan. Lots of ice cream shops and wineries in the area too! The property owner lives next door, but once he shows you around he respects your privacy. Of course, we still loved talking to him and his wife when we would see them out and about! This house really is the perfect vacation spot!

Great place when you need to get away from the hustle of every day life. Loved waking up to the sunrise pouring in and the sounds of all the different birds.

The home was exactly as described. We spent hours on the screened in porch enjoying the spectacular view of the lake.

Property is clean and accurate to listing. Property manager Ken lives next door which makes check in process quick and easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The weather was too cold for us to enjoy the porch, back yard and dock. I would consider revisit during warmer weather months.

A friend and I had an absolutely great 4 day weekend here! The early fall was the perfect time to visit—gorgeous views of the lake and close to so many beautiful hikes, wineries, and other things to do. Ken and Ellen were great hosts— the house was perfect and communication was prompt and easy! I would stay here again in a minute if I come back to the area!

Our stay at Arrowhead Beach could not have been better. The property is well maintained and in great condition. The house is well designed and has been update with top of the line fixtures, appliances etc. Ken and Ellen the property owners are very friendly and made sure that we enjoyed our stay and that all of our questions were answered. We can't wait to return next year!!

Ken and Ellen are excellent hosts and we are thankful they decided to open their home for others to enjoy! Location is everything and this home does not disappoint. A dock for fishing, jumping, swimming, paddle boarding…all right in your own backyard. Not to mention the lawn with yard games, a hammock, and a fire pit. We spent most of our days watching the sunrise from the screened in porch and playing in the water. We sampled local wines and beers at the many vineyards and breweries as well as took a trip into Penn Yan for breakfast and Geneva for dinner. We even spent one day at Niagara Falls, which was well worth the drive. The house itself had everything we needed for meals at home and Ken was nice enough to take us on a trip around parts of Seneca lake on his boat. We even got VIP seats to his local concert our second night in town ;-) We had a wonderful time!

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed being right on the lake with a nice place to swim, a peddle boat, a paddle boat, a kayak, and a place to have a bonfire. After hiking or visiting wineries all day, we could come back and relax and go for a swim. The location was great so we could visit Geneva, Penn Yan, and Watkins Glen pretty easily. Ithaca was about 1 hour and 10 minutes away. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. This is a great spot for a family. I hope we will be back soon.

What a perfect lake vacation! The house and property were exactly as described. The back yard on the water was perfect for outdoor games. Ken and Ellen were excellent hosts! We would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing lake vacation, close to the wineries and plenty of amenities!

We had a great time! Everything was as advertised. The property was pristine. Owners were welcoming and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were easy. We plan on returning!

Perfect for a girls getaway. This home had everything we needed. Its very cozy, on the water, with plenty of water toys to play with. The owner is very nice, lives next door, though we did not feel like our Privacy was invaded at all. We would definitely recommend renting this place to others. If the owners read this...THANK YOU!
