Great location, clean, and perfect for a family. I rated the “accuracy of listing” as a three though because the “Queen” bed in one of the bedrooms is really a full size bed. However, there was a bonus room/office that we dragged a desk out of and bought an air mattress for our son. We were going to have the twins share the Queen, but they are 6’5” and 6’3” and they did not fit in the full. While it’s not technically a bedroom, I would put a twin trundle day bed in there and you can sleep a few more. Or at least spread out a little more. My only other minor comment is that the living had 2 chairs and a love seat, not enough space for everyone (mom/dad and four kids) to hang out comfortably. There is plenty of room for a couch, even a sectional. I say this is a minor issue, because we were hardly in the vrbo with so many great things to do in Manitou Springs, COS, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, etc. I especially loved the spring water sounds as background noise! We give you extra points for having coffee filters, spices, a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap - not having to buy them (which we would have since we flew) was a huge perk. Thank you!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in this home in beautiful downtown Manitou. The accommodations were nice and the space was enjoyable for our entire family. The location of this property was easy to enjoy the downtown walking to shops and restaurants. It had a convenient parking space also available during our stay. The property was well taken care of and all amenities made us feel at home. We look toward to hopefully booking this home again on another visit.

This is our second stay and it is our favorite place in Colorado to visit. The location is just outstanding and it’s always spotlessly clean when we get there. This was a big day for our family with my son graduating from the US Air Force Academy and this was the perfect place to celebrate.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The property has an amazing location. It was in walking distance of restaurants and shops. The river next to it was so cool! The showers had shampoos and soaps available. Very appreciated. Curtains to the windows would be a nice update. Overall very happy with our stay! I would highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay, right in the middle of all the shops and next to the kids favorite arcade. The place was much bigger than expected and in good condition. No complaints

Above and beyond expectations! Excellent location, the entire upstairs level is yours. 3 minutes walk from Main Street filled with bars, restaurants and boutiques/gift shops & an arcade. Raving about this place, my family and I absolutely loved it. Creek wraps around building creating a very peaceful experience.

Group of friends had a short get away from work to enjoy the natural beauty of Colorado. The stay was made even better snd easier with this property and its owner. We even accidently locked ourselves out one day. We contact Bruce and with his help were able to get back in without incident. Great place and awesome hosts. Will be looking for this same place again in the future.

Awesome stay at the Loft for our sisters weekend ! The loft is located one street back from Main St. and is on the upper level of a gift shop. The entrance is on the parking lot side of the building. Beautiful creek running right beside. Quiet area of town. Very clean space (another armchair or bigger sofa if seating 5-6 people would be great addition ), comfy beds, and well equipped kitchen. We did not mind the one bed being off the master bedroom as some reviews, it is in the master bedroom closet area, but is totally its own room space. Easy walk for a morning coffee or dinner out. Manitou Springs has a great small town feel with cafes and gift stores. Can hike several trails right from town and can either walk to or drive a short distance ( 1/2 mile maybe ) to park and then climb the incline. Garden of the Gods park was awesome for hiking, only 2-3 miles away.

The apartment was very nice. But be aware of extremely slow internet connection.

This property is wonderful. Great location in Manitou-located upstairs above a business with a private entrance. It is very clean. There are plenty of extra linens and towels and a well stocked kitchen dish-wise. Google maps does not route you the right way on a one way street/parking lot, but we overcame that by using an address for a business a bit to the south until we got our bearings. This place is walking distance (about 8 min south) to the free shuttle service that can take you to the Pike’s Peak Cog Railway and the Incline trailhead. The Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and the back entrance to Garden of the Gods are all 5-10 minutes away by car. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance as well as a park our children loved just to the North. There is an AWESOME arcade maybe 20-30 yards from the house that our kids couldn’t get enough of! Seriously-a cool place with lots of old arcade games. Just a note to keep in mind: the room with the double bed is accessed off of the master. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this location and if we ever return to Manitou Springs we will book here again!

Great location if you want to be in the middle of it all. We enjoyed waking to restaurants, shops, and arcade.

This 3 bedroom condo is in a great location, right in the heart of Manitou Springs. Shopping and restaurants are all around and easily walkable. The place is furnished nicely, with all the comforts of home.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a small deck that overlooks the stream below. Although over a retail establishment, the property and the rooms were quiet and peaceful. Location is unbeatable - steps from dinner, drinks, parks, and less than 10 minutes from several local attractions. There is a nice little office from which to "work from home" when necessary. Internet was fast and reliable. If you want to absorb Manitou Springs and need extra space, would recommend this spot.

The location can’t be beat. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. One thing to note - the entrance to the queen room is in the master suite. It worked fine for us but those traveling with other parties might want to be aware.

We loved our stay in Manitou; great location - walking distance to every shop and restaurant. My boys loved that we were next to the arcade. Easy access to Hwy 24, few minutes from great hiking trails. We will definitely book again when we come back to the Springs area. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Thanks!

We stayed here for a 5 day trip with kids to see Colorado for the first time. The hosting company was wonderful with communication, the property was immaculate, and was perfect for our family of 6. Would stay here again, and are actually planning our next trip around when this property is available!

This was a well-equipped flat in a perfect location to explore Manitou Springs and surrounding areas. Easy drive to the Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy and Pikes Peak. Town itself is bohemian, charming, and cool. Easy to walk from the apartment. Only challenges were finding the parking initially (glad we had a picture from the owner) and the WiFi was slow But overall we loved it and would definitely recommend. We’d love to come back!
