It’s in a great neighborhood, we’ve stayed in this neighborhood several times. We’ve used River Ridge Rentals many times and they have always been wonderful to deal with.

We spent 5 nights here for Spring Break and had a great time. We loved being able to hop on the ski kill so easily, the hot tub, the amenities and well-stocked basics, space for everyone to spread out and room with lots of seating so we could hang out together as well. One of our favorite vacations yet!

We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO. The location was perfect for our skiing family. The amenities were fabulous. Walking up so many stairs multiple times per day was a challenge, but overall this house was spectacular. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone. Dr Bart

The house is very nice but in need of many repairs. Many windows would not work, the barbecue needed a thorough cleaning, the ice maker did not work, the railings on the top floor around the jacuzzi were in need of repair, for they were unstable and somewhat dangerous. The stone block at the stairs at the front door was crumbling and the woodwork around the house needed cleaning and oil due to dryness. The hot water usually took 10 minutes to reach the top floor bathroom.

It was great

Property was clean, parking was ample, location was simply amazing - steps to the lumberjack lift. Only concern was the dishwasher was inoperable for the duration of our stay as a part was on order. The rental company was communicative, and did offer a small refund for the inconvenience, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless.

We came to Copper Mountain for a family ski trip- not only was Copper the perfect mountain town, this TRUE ski in / ski out was perfection! Directly across from Lumberjack Lift and a small hill, our kids enjoying sledding on the hill every day before skiing out. The views from the 3rd floor balcony and hot tub were breathtaking! We WILL be renting again!

Beautiful home, very clean with well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms are spaced out which allows "room" for several families. Can't beat the location, as you can see Copper ski runs from your window. Easy access to hiking/biking trail during warm months and ski slopes during winter. Stains on carpet in upstairs bedroom from chloride from hot tub and very slow wi fi were the only downside of our stay.

When we arrived at the townhouse the odor of fish was strong in the air and the refrigerator wreaked of it. The backsplash behind the cook top was covered with grease spatters and the kitchen was not clean enough to meet expectations ; especially during a pandemic. The management office returned messages upon opening about our concerns and sent cleaners over to clean the backsplash and address some other issues. The problem was that i had spent the first hours of my vacation cleaning in order to feel comfortable about being there. The management did all they could to correct the situation and I hope cleaning procedure have been ramped up to reflect the description in the listing. Overall a good stay at a lovely home with a very responsive property management team that was quick to address issues that I wish we hadn’t had to deal with on a vacation.

Our group of 3 families had a blast on our trip last week! Pros: Great layout. Plenty of towels. Everything you need in the kitchen. Ski Out perfection Loved shuttle service Good ski storage area Great hot tub. Minor Cons: We could not get the temperature to go down. It was pretty hot and were having to keep opening doors. Would have loved to know there was a Keurig. It only said coffee pot so we did not purchase pods at the grocery store on way in and would have loved too. 2nd shower head on top level has no pressure so was not usable. PS-The cleaners missed a large pizza box behind the grill when we arrived. However, we understand why as we tried to throw it away ourselves but the box was too big and too much snow so wound up leaving it (sorry we wanted to help but failed). We would stay again. Any chance there are any repeat discounts through River ridge rentals? Thinking about returning next year!

We love the roof-top jacuzzi, but suggest that it should be just a little bigger to accommodate one or 2 more adults. We enjoy our Spring Break week at Union Creek. The location was perfect for our family. Our ski instructor was able to meet the children just outside the door for ski school each morning. This changed the mood of our whole trip!! The couch and beds were very comfy. There was enough space for kids and adults to have separate areas to relax. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have all laundry detergent, soap, shampoo etc provided for us! The views outside each window was spectacular. I loved being able to watch the kids get off the Kokomo lift and ski down past the house. There was record snowfall the week before we arrived and the kids loved being able to dig tunnels and make our own walkway and ski path to lumberjack lift. I would love to see this area in the Summer when everything is green. Some areas to improve for the house would be an update on shower heads, water pressure, and better flushing commodes. The oven is also located right in the middle of the walkway into the kitchen which is a bit awkward. Even with these quirks with this house, we would still stay again and love every minute of it.

Very spacious and great ski in ski out location. We had one small problem with an Aerobed but River Ridge maintenance had us a new one in a couple of hours. We had a problem with the internet, called customer service and had someone out to have it fixed within an hour. There could be a bit more of a description on the location because we arrived at night and it was a bit difficult to see the house number. Also there is a lift right outside of our kitchen window, wish we knew this when booking, but a bonus when we showed up and saw it!

More smooth returning with the ability to ski down directly to the side door. Beautiful view of lift and hill from the kitchen and deck. River Ridge Staff are responsive and professional. The kitchen garburator had to be changed during our stay as it was cracked and leaking. The home was very clean and spacious. Well laid out for three separate couples who could each have their own floor separate to the main level. The one couple with two children occupied the lower level as it has two bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and two washrooms as well as a pull-out sofa within the second living room that we did not have to rely on. The middle floor has a great suite with the only bath tub of the three. It also has a shower. The hot tub is located on the top floor deck opposite the upper suite that has a very large closet and washroom with a terrific view from the bedroom. The home was spacious for every one of our eight persons. We could have housed another couple or two more children on the pull-out with comfort. Well furnished including sufficient amenities in the kitchen (serviettes, baking and cook wares along with utensils, crock-pot, blender...). The only item missing for us was a garlic-press. The supply of olive oil and spices was also terrific. We would rent this unit again. Thank you. Areas where improvements could be made: • extra pillows available for those who desire • removable runners inside and outside to/from the hot-tub (the outside runner could be kept inside until needed) • one extra medium sized stainless steel pot say for a smaller soup or pot of chili. Separate to the unit itself; we said we'd return to the area after Copper Mountain improves the Lumberjack Lift as it is quite slow. We're green run skiers thus this side of the mountain is great but the Lumberjack Lift takes too muc

Amazing house for family that loves skiing

Thought it was perfect for our group of 8, but any more and it would have been tight. Overall the home was in good shape, but I couple of things were broken and never fixed even though we requested maintenance to repair. A bit disappointing for a $1000/night rental. We assumed the home was ski in/out based on discussion with rental agent. There was never a mention of having to cross a road. All else was great.
