The townhome suited our family's needs. It is near major roads making getting to Sea World and Six Flags a breeze. Local restaurants as well as a grocery store are not far either. The neighborhood is quiet yet because it is located just off a main intersection, it loses the neighborhood feel. However that didn't bother us, we appreciated the parking and easy access to so much that San Antonio has to offer.

The property was perfect for us. It was my son, two grandchildren (4 & 2) and myself. The place was really clean and comfortable. As for location, it was in good distance from all the places we went to. Overall, I was, along with my son and grandkids, very pleased! My granddaughter called it the Sea World house. She didn't know San Antonio so we left it at that! (The Sea World House)

We stayed at the house for one week during the heat of Texas summer. The house looks like in the video and on the pictures. The car port in the back is a plus to hide the car from the sun. You can use the back door to get direct from your car into the house. Communication with the manager was always possible by phone or text. Small problems could solved in minutes and major problems within 24h. The house and the manager offers everything you need for more than a week. The Wi-Fi is strong through out the house. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the locating of the property. It was so convenient to get around. We must've visited the Walmart at least 4 times. Our kids loved the bunk bed and we enjoyed the master bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and the using stall is very close by. Thank you for having us. Mahalo.

The place was clean and very nice. It was quiet which was great. Turned out to not be the most convenient or nicest part of San Antonio but we had a nice time.

The townhome is located in a quiet complex of townhomes that aren’t new but have been maintained. The pool was a short walk and were the only ones there when we swam. We felt comfortable in the neighborhood and weren’t concerned about walking to the pool or dumpster. The townhome is exactly as advertised. The master bedroom has a wonderful mattress and the small white noise machine was a bonus. The bunk bed in the second room has been moved to the middle of the room and I was afraid that the kids would hit their head in the ceiling fan but they never did. There is also a sound machine in the bunk room and my kids loved it! The kitchen was well equipped and there was even creamer/k-cups/sugar packets for coffee. There were extra seasonings above the stove that were appreciated as well. There were plenty of towels for the kitchen and bathrooms as well as soap for hand washing, dishwashing, and some pods for laundry. We had a great stay. I so appreciated being able to wash towels during our stay and our clothes before heading home but the previous reviews are not exaggerating. The dryer is very loud. It worked great but we would stay downstairs while it ran behind a closed bedroom door. The only other issue we had was the tub. There is a constant stream of hot water coming out of the faucet that you cannot turn off and the drain is hard to open. Overall, it was a great trip and we would definitely stay here again if we had need.

Communication was great fast response and made sure our stay was pleasant! Neighborhood quiet. Went to SeaWorld and it was about 15 minutes maybe less away from home. If I ever go to San Antonio again I definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Good place, okay area.

This was my first Vrbo stay, and I was not disappointed. The condo was very nice and clean. Beds were quite comfortable. It's an older building but has been updated and decorated very nicely; new flooring, appliances, fixtures, and cabinets. It was small, but cozy and homey. There were plenty of towels, washrags and amenities for our 4 day stay there. I saw one of the other reviewers state it was in a bad part of town and they didn't feel good about their safety. Honestly, I couldn't disagree more. It is in an older part of town, but I was there with my daughter and newborn grandbaby, and we never felt our safety, or well-being were in danger. The neighbors we met were very nice and welcoming. If you have a small family, this is a perfect, affordable, place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. A nice little touch was they provide an Xbox 360, with a small selection of games, to help keep the kids busy. The only criticism I have for the owners, is to have clearer instructions to find the condo once you get to the complex. Communication was quick with the landlords, and the pictures were a big help finding the right condo, but after a 14 hr road trip I just wanted to hit the bed.

House is so homey! Bed was super comfortable and the sound machines were a huge plus. I have one complaint: The dryer is so loud, it makes a loud banging noise like there’s a basketball drying in it. You can’t use it because it’s so unbearably load that it sounds like it’s going to explode at any given moment. When I told the property management they said they are fully aware that it’s loud but that it still drys clothes. They also said the washer repair man said it would be fine. I find that wild! Just get it fixed or replace it! I think this should have been stated in the property review. I had to hang dry my clothes because I didn’t feel comfortable running the dryer and the noise was so loud that you couldn’t just ignore it.( the washing set is in the master bedroom closet). So I brought home half wet clothes that are now sour smelling from being in the suitcase. I wish I would have known behave I wouldn’t have washed my clothes. I love staying in Vrbo because I can bring home clean clothes instead of dirty. Not this one! Don’t wash your clothes!

The property was nice and neat just a little dusty and the dryer upstairs makes a lot of noise so that needs to be replaced.. and on the first day of arrival, we wasn’t able to park in front of the B&B due to the neighbors taking over a parking spot..

Location was great. Close to highways and an H‑E‑B grocery store. House was clean. Covered parking spot was a plus since we had some storms during our stay. The townhome had everything we needed for our stay. Owners quickly responded when we didn’t receive our check-in code.

It was a lovely an confortable home, and if some reason the weather isn’t too nice it’s a perfect place to stay and still have fun. Super recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy to check in, cute, clean environment and nice and quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We slept so well on the comfortable bed and they had a nice TV in the bedroom and in the living room. No complaints and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great place to stay while visiting my family.

The place was exactly like the pitcures. We only had one complaint, we lost access to the internet for 2 days. The owners did not respond in a timely manner. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The neighborhood has dropped off a bit and the parking is a little hard to find. But the place is very well decorated and comfortable. If you’re going to be around the Medical Center, this will work great!

This property is cozy, clean, beautifully decorated, and close to everything. Better yet, it is 12 minutes to the airport. Dedicated parking space. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. The townhome is in a very diverse area in Leon Valley. Indian, Vietnamese, Syrian, Mexican, Chinese, BBQ.. all wonderful food options within a very short driving distance. Like some reviews said, the dryer is loud. However, just turn it on and walk down stairs.. it will be fine! Roku HDTVs.. stream everything. The Internet is fast!

Everything was wonderful. The place was very nice, clean and just as advertised. Great location for getting out to see all the attractions. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Antonio.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. The host provided all the necessities in the kitchen and the bathroom. Communication was fast and efficient. The location was great, too. It was close to a freeway. There was a Walmart nearby and the downtown attractions were less than 20 minutes away.

Townhouse it’s self was perfect for our family of 4! Location was great for SeaWorld, drive to Riverwalk, San Antonio Zoo, and Japanese Tea Gardens. The best part of the experience was the owners allowing us to change our stay the day of check in due to cancelled flight due to plane issues 4 hrs before our flight and no flights within the next 4 days. Overall we really enjoyed the townhome amenities and where it was located!

The property itself was well updated and maintained except for two areas. The main reason we chose this listing as opposed to a hotel was for access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer for a reasonable price. Price per night was great, but the other two items were not updated with the remainder of the property. When we ran the dishwasher, we had to open the back door as the house filled up with a terrible smell. When the dryer ran, there was a terribly loud knocking sound. If the dishwasher and dryer were updated, this property would be much more desirable.

LOVE IT!!!!! Everything think was wonderful and located perfectly. The owner was so nice and always responded quickly if I had a question. We would LOVE to stay here again and would DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone. Thank you so much for allowing my family and I to have a wonderful Christmas vacation. ❤️
