The whole place looked like it was going to be shutdown any day, except the lobby. They must have spent all their money to make that beautiful because the rooms were not. I felt unsafe there. And I appreciate cleaning efforts, but my room had such an overwhelming smell of pinesol I felt sick. The only reason I stayed was that I had been driving all day and it was late so I had no energy left. I would not stay there again. Even the staff member was not friendly. He had earbuds in so he kept asking me and the gentleman before me to repeat ourselves. I would not recommend this to anyone.

garden courtyard was nothing but tall weeds, outside corridor walkways had broken glass, some rooms had doors open with no furniture inside yet there were people in them on sitting or sleeping on the floors. not a safe place.

Empty beer can behind fridge. Used bar of hotel soap in shower. Was charged for an extra night. Took two weeks for therefund.

They asked for a large deposit but I was using an app for the reservation that didn't mention it.

I liked how the rooms were very nice and lobby was clean and inviting.

That there were no room service cleaning. And they really should spruce up the outside and cut down the vegetation down a bit sho it looks as nice as the rooms.

I mistakenly booked before I realized how far it was and before I realized about the cancellation policy. The rolling room chair was falling apart.

Pool & hot tub were closed. Our room was supposed to be non smoking, but it definitely was not.

It was totally run down for the price..I booked it because it had a pool..and spa tub.Neither was open.

The ac didn't work, the tub was clogged, the toilet barely flushed and the seat was just worn down.

The front desk woman was super kind, and the floors were wood and nice.

There was a bed bug in our bed, the front desk lady was very kind but unfortunately said she couldn’t help. took down our number but after a day we haven’t a heard a thing from the manager. The room was okay besides the bug and one of our towels being dirty that was folded with the clean ones. The AC doesn’t work, and it was 80 in our room at night. Front desk was aware of this though and said it’s in the process of being fixed, but I dunno, was super disappointed from other Wyndham stays, don’t think I would ever stay at this particular location again.

Room itself was good. Very large room and clean. This facility has seen better days as it appears some of the large property has been closed off. Cool sculptures in large lobby area. I was on a motorcycle trip and it was fine for a night. Or two.
