This is by far the most wonderful place we have stayed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being able to stay on first floor was great as I have limited mobility issues. The pool and private beach was a definite plus. We loved the location. We are talking about visiting again next year. Our sincerest thanks.

We stayed two weeks and have so much to say. We’ve stayed in many condo rentals and by far I can’t even come close to list all the extra amenities that usually are not found in a typical condo. I’ll try to mention some like, towels and bedding to last the whole two weeks without even doing laundry once if you liked, so many beach towels, all snorkel and beach accessories, beach chairs etc, condo has 3 smart tv’s, games, puzzles , lots of info on the island and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with even coffee grinds, spices, teas, oils, vinegar, sugar, creamer, foil, stretch wrap and the list goes on and on. The kitchen had the nicest cookware and silverware etc in the unit. As you can walk to so many restaurants you really don’t need a car but a couple days of rental is nice to explore farther beaches etc. Andy’s rent a car one block from unit is convenient and less expensive than airport rental. Kirk’s and Fosters are great grocery stores with everything you can ever need, fresh meats and veggies etc and Kirk’s is in walking distance. If you love snorkeling the reefs off the beachfront are fabulous. Saw lobsters, turtles, stingray, barracuda and tons of tropical colorful fish, too many to list. Pool and spa were a great bonus. The Grandview grounds are immaculate and groundskeeper Dwight was always Around for any island questions etc. the owner of unit responded quickly to my few questions and we had no problems with the unit. We would highly recommend the condo…

This property is perfect! Perfect location, perfect luxury, perfect amenities. Our family has never been happier in a rental. The ground floor leads out to the beautiful pool and beach. The beds are amazing. And the owners provided everything we could possibly need. Such easy check-in and access. Easy parking too. We have stayed all over the island, and we will ONLY be returning to this property now ;-)

Our family loves Grand Cayman and, more specifically, The Grandview. The unit was clean, as advertised, and cozy--our children settled in as if it were home. The owner responded promptly to all communications and was very helpful concerning suggestions about island activities and restaurants. Just a great time! We would certainly return to this property. We could not have been happier with this location. The condo was incredibly clean. All of the amenities (washer/dryer, kitchen, linens, towels) were extremely convenient - especially after diving. The pool and beach were beautiful, convenient, and clean. Great walking distance to downtown or the market for groceries. Close to several great restaurants.

This was our second time to the Caymans, but first time to bring our children with us! We loved this condo for so many reasons. The location was perfect. It’s centrally located and tucked away off of the busy street. The condo literally had everything we needed! It is very clean and well kept. Tristian is very easy to get in touch with if you need anything at all! They sent us a list before we arrived with fun things to do on the island and even made sure we knew that grocery stores are closed on Sunday so that we could plan ahead. If you have children this is the perfect condo. It’s on the first floor and right by the pool! The beach isn’t far past the pool and you can see it from the sunroom! Our children (5 & 7 years old) had the best time and can’t wait to go back. The pool & beach were never crowded! I reached out to the hosts ahead of time asking if they had lifejackets for children at the condo. They asked for the kids weight and when we arrived they had two brand new ones there for our children to use! We weren’t sure how rough the ocean would be when we snorkeled, so wanted to be prepared just incase. We appreciate their hospitality and willingness to make our stay a pleasurable experience. The one and only thing I wish we would have brought with us were water shoes. The beach is rocky when you’re walking in to snorkel and that would have been a nice thing to pack. It didn’t effect our experience just would have been a bonus! See you soon Caymans!!!

Excellent property for a family vacation. Ocean at your fingertips with great snorkeling off the beach or snorkeling over the sunken Gamma ship just a 8 minute walk along the shore. Then relax in the beautiful pool. The sunsets on the beach talking with others from the condo were a lovely end to the day.

Wow !! We had an incredible week. The condo is very well stocked, the pool area is lovely. The gazebo was an extra bonus. Very quiet here. We enjoyed an outing to Governors ⛱️ Would be lovely to visit again. Highly recommend

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property. It was exactly what we wanted -- nice pool, lovely beach, close to food, very clean and well equipped. The owners are exceptional with communication. We cannot wait to come back.

This is the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach. The first floor walkout to the pool and the beach made it easy for our group to enjoy both. The two bedroom two bath condo has the perfect floorplan for two couples. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. The unit is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Tristan and Chantelle were a pleasure to work with. They provided us with a great deal of useful information and ideas prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. The morning we departed their cleaning personnel found my wife's reading glasses. Chantelle left work and raced with them to the airport before our flight back home. How great is that?

So happy we had a chance to go to our favorite island again … Love the Grandview and everything about it … What I would recommend is more coffee mugs and a vegetable peeler…minor suggestions …. Our condo was great and so were the hosts.Easy process for checking in and out Thank u !

The pictures don't do it justice. It is a really lovely condo with beautiful grounds. It was very clean and modern and well equipped. I have already recommended it to some friends. We hope to return.

This place is perfectly situated on the beach; and its proximity to amenities and shopping was an unexpected bonus. The condo has everything you’ll need, and it is welcoming and comfortable. We brought an inflatable paddle board with us, which allowed us to explore 7 Mile Beach in either direction. We discovered that the 200 yard markers are actually amazing snorkeling spots with stingrays, lobster, and every fish imaginable. We swam out without issues; and we felt safe as boats remained at a distance from known swimming spots. When we paddled south towards Eden Rock, we stumbled onto multiple snorkeling spots - watch where excursion boats take the people from the cruise ships. Crystal clear water and unrestricted visibility. Pool and hot tub practically unused by the residents, which are quite relaxing and provided amazing views in all directions. For food, we cooked a few nights (Kirk Market excellent), but we became hooked by Fidel Murphys Irish Pub & Restaurant. We rented a car for the duration, but we rarely used it when everything is such a short walk. Tortuga has everything you need to make nightly pina coladas in the Ninja blender. Overall, we (two couples) experienced paradise in a commonwealth country at at a reasonable rate. Truly, our new favorite VRBO.

I vacationed with my parents and 2 kids (17 and 11 y/o) and loved our stay here. Tristan and Chantelle thought of every detail to make our stay here complete. Their condo was very clean, quiet and perfect for a family get away. They were also informative and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. We just returned from the most amazing week with our toddler on Grand Cayman at Tristan’s condo! It was truly perfect for us: ample space, a quiet beach, yet close to all of the action for restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was perfect and Tristan even provided a pack and play, high chair, and toys for our toddler. His communication was excellent and he went above and beyond by picking up groceries ahead of time and stocking them in the condo for us since we arrived on a Sunday when all grocery stores are closed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful for swimming and we used the grill on the property for cooking dinner. The beach itself was amazing. We saw one other family the whole week we were there and otherwise had the place to ourselves! Our toddler loved the swing set on the beach, the swing, and playing under the trees for some shade on the beach. The snorkeling in front of our beach was amazing with so many fish and coral and we also used the beach area that was next door and was protected with a sandy shore for our toddlers to swim. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return!

Tristan was so helpful to share local tips & recommendations - it made the trip so easy to plan. Being able to walk out from the ground floor was ideal. Great beach with lovely trees for shade. Awesome pool and hot tub. We love to cook and the kitchen was updated with everything we needed. Had to use my work computer during the stay and the internet was fast. We loved the Grandview and we'll come back to stay again!

Staying at The Grandview during omicron Christmas was perfect. Tristan was amazing as was the apartment. We were able to enjoy the beautiful property, pool and beach in a safe way and had a great holiday! Highly recommend!
