Property location good, clean great layout.

House was great and very much like the pictures. We enjoyed grilling, playing bocci ball and enjoying the house. Weather wasn't great so spent more time at the house than anticipated. Proximity to Main street Chatham, shopping and local golf was very convenient. One recommendation is to enhance the silverware supply.

House just as picured. Great location for our first trip to Cape Cod. Could have used a few more towels but overall clean and a great stay!

We had a trip planned to see the Cape, Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket. This location was perfect. The house was immaculate and so darling! We loved it.

Pro's: Beautifully decorated, nice sunroom, nice deck, quiet neighborhood
Con's: We had to wash sheets when we arrived in one bedroom because they were dirty, only 5 forks in the drawer, overall not clean (cobwebs and dust), washer and dryer is extremely old, handful of towels and no hand towels, paid a cleaning fee but still had to strip our own beds before we left and empty the dishwasher, old sets of pots and pans. Realistically, this could be a 5 star place if you invested a little money in it (ie. new washer/dryer, new set of pots and pans, more silverware, and more towels).

Was a lovely stay here on the cape in early fall! Thankful to have rented from hosts who are easy to reach/communicate with. Clean home, easy to locate address, plenty of space! Thanks :)

I came for a girls trip with three friends, and this house was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, has comfortable beds, a great sunroom for talking, and a gorgeous backyard with tons of hydrangeas. It had the cape cod feel we were looking for!

Don’t waste your time!
Was supposed to rent this house for 4 days. Arrived to South Chatham for you to cancel our reservation 1 hour before we were to check in. You left my family scrambling to find a place to stay! I thought it was weird that it took you two days to reply to my email after several attempts reaching out to you! I finally spoke to you the DAY BEFORE we left and never once did you mention canceling our trip on us. SHAME ON YOU!! We had non refundable tickets for excursions that we would be out of. Then tell us we would get a refund in 14 business day! Leaving us with that much less. Stay away from this company!

Relaxing stress free week.
House looked just like the pictures. Easy move in, clean and ready to vacation. We would not hesitate to come back or to use VRBO.

Beautiful home!
The house is beautiful and very roomy. The family room is very comfortable and we were able to hang out there at night with the French doors closed while getting the kids to bed.
The yard is also a nice space. We ordered food and ate outside one night and also made s’mores with the nice fireplace/fire pit. Also, the outdoor shower was a hit and also saves time with the other two bathrooms being used.
The bedrooms were all comfortable, and a nice surprise was there is a king size bed in the master bedroom, which the description of the house said a full size bed. Overall a great space and perfect location. We will definitely come back.

Perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay! House was perfect for our family of 5. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. Love the privacy of the backyard.

Beautiful Cape home and Amazing outdoor space.
We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. Only two critiques - the garbage was a problem. Only one bin and pickup once which was Saturday. The bin was basically full by Tuesday night. There was Already garbage in it in Saturday morning when we checked In due to prior renter. Also really missed not having a microwave especially since we ate in a lot due to Covid. Other than that we had a great stay. Great spaces, close to towns, beaches, golf and Grocery story! Quiet neighborhood.
