The location was great. The unit was easy to access.

The renovation to the unit changed the bed set up. This lead to using a camp bed which was only just tolerable as mattresses were used and had fold points. The agents were really helpful and communication was excellent. They had offered extra help with the camp bed but we did not seek this.

nice spacious apartment and close to the town centre and beach

the carpet was quite dirty and electric frypan did not work and kettle kept leaking water. apartment itself is lovely just needs a bit of an upgrade

large unit accommodated a couple two individual adults and baby in comfort. close to beach restaurants and beach

some aspects need upgrade or repair. carpets felt like they had been professionally cleaned but had lots of dirty spots. dishwasher needed repair (done by real estate during our stay) and very old. hit plate light broken. frying pan not working ( electric). exhaust fan in bathroom not functioning

the location was fantastic close to the beach and town. The spa bath and pool were also a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and the tv had foxtel . I loved the sheets that you pay extra for as they were crisp and quality

the proximity to the main road made it noisy and the bedroom facing the main road only had vertical blinds which allowed the very bright street lights to shine in through the cracks making it hard to sleep. The bathrooms were not exceptionally clean especially the fans which were covered in a very thick layer of dust

Lack of information given from Real Estate agency where keys were picked up, e.g. information re garage access and parking. Carpets still in need of a good clean, very stained.
