This was the perfect home for my family and grandchildren for an extended stay surrounding a family wedding. Property is very spacious - we didn’t even get to use the finished basement or pool table- no time :( we also never had time for the hot tub which is a bonus. Perfectly located on Pinehurst 3 which regrettably was not available to book a tee time. The main living spaces have been updated beautifully. Some of the bedrooms and baths could use updating, which I believe is in the plan, but for the cost and amount of space this home was incredible. The screened porch and second covered porch were wonderful hang out spaces that we used throughout our stay. The owner, Scott was very communicative and allowed a late checkout which took the stress off of our last day. Thank you for everything!!!

Comfortable, clean, great host!!

We had a great stay at this home for the first 3 days of our 8 guy golf trip. The house was clean, easy check in and access, every guy had their own bed, etc. It was exactly what we needed for our home base to start the trip. We played Tobacco Road and Mid Pines the days we stayed here before moving over to a villa at Pinehurst to play those courses. One night we even walked straight from the back patio, across a few holes on #3, up to putt at Thistle Dew, and walked back in the dark. It was awesome. The front entry has been recently remodeled and looks great, and I'm sure there will be more to come. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Scott was was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. All in all, you can't go wrong with this home.

Great location for Pinehurst. If you grew up in the 70’s you’ll live it. A lot of original features. Needs a lot of updates. Popcorn ceiling falling. Even has the original trash compactor, don’t use.

Perfect location for a golf trip, with plenty of room for bigger groups.

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, spacious house. Plenty of seating areas and beds to accommodate our group. Fun game room for hanging out in the evening. Great location, close to Pinehurst Resort and other golf courses. Quick communication with host.

Very close to golf. Lovely screened in back porch. Owner was available to respond at check in. Could use some updates or repairs to ceiling (flaking in great room), hallway painting, and thorough cleaning (under couch cushions, in drawers etc.). Would stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay for golf in the area. Good central location close to several great courses (not just Pinehurst). Lots of room for everyone to relax afterwards, too. Screened in porch was perfect for relaxing in the evenings and game room provided plenty of late night fun. Host was responsive and accommodating, too.

In town to attend a family funeral and the property manager was very accommodating - allowing us to check in early and check out late. Parts of the property had been updated - new kitchen appliances, furniture in master bedroom, updated upstairs bath. The balance of the property was on the tired side and in need of fresh paint and other updates, especially the remaining bathrooms.

Dealing with the owner was great! Great property especially if you'd like to do some golfing. Room enough for all your friends to have their own space. One of the only homes within two hours for rent with a hot tub (trust me...I looked on every website).

The house was perfect for a weekend golf trip to the Pinehurst area. Conveniently located and in a safe neighborhood, the home sits literally on a golf course. The house was clean, well furnished, and our host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Well kept, large older house right in the heart of Pinehearst golf.

We stayed here for US Kids Worlds Championship. It was great for two families. Great views of the golf course and close to the main club house.

House was great with 8 individual beds, perfect for 2 foursomes. Really enjoyed the pool room and back deck. Plenty of room, will return again if in the area.

Excellent location! The home was well equipped for our buddies golf trip. Host was very helpful as well. When returning to Pinehurst, we will certainly book again! Perfect to have 8 golfers and have no one sharing a bed. Multiple areas to gather and hang out, TONS of space. Home was very reasonably priced for all that was inculded.

Scot was a great host! Lightning fast to responding to any questions I had & checked in with me to make sure we were able to get in okay. The location was perfect if you're playing Pinehurst and the house was beautiful. Clean, well-kept and had all the amenities.

Location was perfect for my golf group. Hot tub was a great feature for after a long day of golf. The screened in patio provided a nice get together room on a rainy evening. The only thing I would recommend would be some simple updates to make this 5 stars. Bedroom TV’s for one. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely like to return and highly recommend this house.

The house was well suited for a group to relax and enjoy the Pinehurst area. It was well equipped and there were a multitude of items that made our experience there so enjoyable and convenient. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property was a pleasure both inside and out. I hope to go.there again!

We had a great time at the Three Green Retreat- loved the pool table in the basement, jacuzzi and the screened-in porch especially! The house is extremely well-equipped as far as kitchen items and towels, etc. goes, and close to everything. Scott was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had. There was even plenty of space for a putting contest on the back lawn. Thanks again for a great weekend.
