This masseria is an oasis of rest and tranquility. It resides 5 km outside Ostuni, which is one of the many great authentic and historic villages to visit in Puglia. The masseria is nicely located in the countryside and biological orientated. I loved specifically the large sweet water pool without chlorine (ozon regulated) and the ambiance and the very kind staff and (biological, real taste) food from the garden.

Ho viaggiato in 4 continenti, visitato più di 100 paesi e mai sperimentato una cosa del genere, il che mi ha portato a documentare tutto con foto e video che posterò su Google. La masseria al contrario di quanto mostrano le foto sul sito si presenta incompleta, a tratti sembra quasi inagibile. Una struttura spoglia, fatiscente, povera di cenni storici e di alcuna caratteristica che richiami la regione o la storicità della zona, se non un forno che quando in funzione rilascia una nube di fumo tale da rendere tutta la parte superiore (dove era la nostra camera) inagibile. La camera, che ha un ingiustificato prezzo di 430 euro a notte, si presenta graziosa all’apparenza, per nulla pratica nel concreto: la porta di ingresso presenta una serratura difettosa che si blocca spesso dall’esterno lasciando gli ospiti chiusi fuori dalla camera. La tenda della camera (che non era neanche rotta) non copre neanche metà della porta a verti d’ingresso rendendo impossibile dormire dopo le 6:30 del mattino quando la luce ti batte direttamente in faccia. Lo scarico si incastra spesso e l’acqua continua a scorrere per qualche minuto dopo il suo utilizzo così come succede al soffione della doccia che continua a perdere per 10 minuti dopo averla utilizzata . Il primo giorno ci accorgiamo di due sedie rotte sul terrazzino della camera e lo segnaliamo prontamente alla reception che le rimuovono dopo ben 3 giorni. La direzione in generale non è in grado di offrire assolutamente il tipo di esperienza che vogliono rappresentare con i prezzi. Sprovvisti del menu a pranzo per la piscina perché ancora troppo presto, sprovvisti di un portiere notturno o qualcuno che resti in caso di emergenza. La struttura all’interno non è accessibile dopo le 23:00 neanche ai suoi ospiti!!!!!! Nessuna persona che resta di notte, nessun numero verde. Abbiamo avuto un problema di notte e ci siamo dovuti mettere a urlare nella speranza che qualcuno ci sentisse.

This Property truly respects the land. The food is Farm to table. It is unique in its architecture. The staff is very helpful.

 we were told we could bring some wine, but were charged a corking fee.

Everything is excellent from the moment you arrive the staff is extremely attentive and the grounds are breathtaking. upscale amenities, and the food is amazing. we will definitely come back

The property is huge, very romantic and historical. The staff are extremely polite & attentive. We extended our stay as well. The swimming pool is gorgeous, the property has an amazing vintage feel. Fabrizio & Cosimo are wonderful at the property. They were super helpful with whatever questions we had. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom is well equipped and spacious too. The beds were super comfy too.
