No cleaning in the rooms!!! Asked several times, always promised, but never did. In the bathroom the water is flowing all over. Very damp in the room. Breakfast is very poor.

Very hard to founded , no car park and no car can drop you front the hotel.

Location is in the middle of the town. You gave lots of restaurants, supermarkets and shops close by. The hotel let me know in advance there was a event in the square in front of the hotel that night, and gave me a room in a high floor in the back (I had a single room). Internet was fine.

It was very hot in the room. There's no AC, and the sun was directly hitting the window. There's a medium fan tower in the room, but it only scrambles the air in the room and doesn't really cool it. Doesn't help to close the curtains. Even at night, when it's nice and cool outside, the room stayed hot and opening the small window didn't help, and it was difficult to sleep. The room I had was in a separate building, a couple of doors down from the reception. On the second floor of this building is a kitchen of I guess one of the restaurants around. So the staircase leading to it was dirty and smelled quite badly. From there I continues climbing two more staircases to get to my room on the top floor.

A bit noisy

The hotel is located on the town square, just in the centre. The staff is service-minded and helpful, spacious room, breakfast is nice. Harderwijk is a lovely little place with a lot of restaurants, shops and a lovely beach.

Bathroom floor floaded while taking shower, dust on bedside tables.

cons: no AC on the room, no clean towels on the last day. pros: great staff, city centre, great public transport opportunities.
