Allt var bra. Kan inte klaga på något.

Résidence très bien tenue. l'appartement très propre à notre arrivée. les jardins sont magnifiques et les appartements sont bien isolés les uns des autres. Pas de vis à vis. la piscine est immense et très agréable. les bâtiments se fondent dans le paysage. la plage et des petits restaurants sont à deux pas. Ambiance très calme et très zen mais nous y étions en Juin peut être que l'été quand tout est plein le ressenti n'est pas le même. à voir.

L'accès a la piscine pourrait être gratuite pour tout les résidents. attention si vous n'avez pas pris le forfait dans votre réservation vous devrez payer l'entrée. prévoir aussi des bonnets de bain c'est obligatoire ... Pas de four ou de micro onde dans les appartements. Pas vraiment un problème si vous cuisinez pas trop mais à savoir. Ceux ci sont équipés de cafetière italienne très petite donc vous devez faire plusieurs tournées si vous voulez un grand bol de café le matin. Pas de verre à vin.

Les lits sont confortables c’est tout ce qui est appréciable

Bonnet de bain obligatoire pour avoir accéder à la piscine même pour hommes chauves ! Piscine ni à débordement ni avec vue ! Publicité mensongère ! Refuse de faire un geste commercial alors que leur malhonnêteté est flagrante ! Nous ont répondu que booking assumerai le dédommagement pour la non conformité de la réservation ! Honteux ! Chambres peu propre, envie de moustiques à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner basic et sans aucun intérêt. A fuir !

Mi è piaciuto il luogo, sia come posizione e per il silenzio sia all'ingrasso che nel terrazzo posteriore, l'ordine delle ambientazioni esterne, la gentilezza degli operatori, direi che è stato un bel soggiorno e il luogo mi ha soddisfatto.

Essendo così grande è molto dispersivo e si potevano creare momenti di coinvolgimento con gli ospiti, sia con eventi e con possibili serate a tema o del tipo serata con musica e cibo.Questi sono alcuni suggerimenti

Pas de climatisation mais bon ventilateur au plafond, écologique et suffisant.

The pictures do not show how beautiful this place is. The front desk spoke clear English which was hard to find in Elba. And the walk to the beach was easy and only about 5 min.

A little noisey but nothing you can’t sleep through or have nice conversations.

Absolutely amazing!! Beautiful scenary, great location (right by an amazing and calm beach) and with very spacious rooms. The mixture of green roof on the residence, mountains on the horizon and a beach with a walking distance makes this place a dream. I would absolutely come back many times!

The residence could invest a bit in interior design. In addition, the kitchen could be a bit better equipped (it did not have a corkscrew or wine glasses), but mostly having a better refrigerator would be great. In our room, as soon as you opened the refrigerator (independently of how careful your were), things that were on the place by the door that is designed for keeping bottles would necessarily fall. This was a problem, since, after opening a wine/juice bottle, you have to keep the bottle straight, and the only place to do that in the mini-fridge was in the defficient bottle space at the frigde door. Finally, you only have access to the pool if you pay an extra fee.

It was gorgeous. The location was great and very nice breakfast. Beautiful pool.

Our AC did not work very well.

Beautiful residence in a lovely location just a short drive outside Portoferraio. The one bedroom apartment was nicely furnished with all the necessities and had lovely views from both front and back balconies. Upon arrival, we had a minor issue with the sink in the bathroom but the management dealt with it promptly and efficiently, which was much appreciated.

Helpful staff, nice accomodation. Space to chill on the terrace, kitchen with small table. Clean room :)

A bit humid in the room

Huge grounds in a beautiful nature setting and very tasteful architecture. Large pool and seperate pool for kids. Private parking. Plenty of outdoor space.

This is a beautiful resort in a great location, but the appartments are very simple. No dishwasher, heating, air conditioning, microwave or oven. Which is reflected in the price, but a few decorations such as paintings etc would have added more charme.

We were pleased with the beach facilities although surprised we had to at and no towels.

Fabulous pool, well maintained! Excellent restaurant, with friendly staff.

Some of the staff, were so grumpy. Do they not like the British? The beach was disappointing, grey stones and dirty!

This lovely little place was a find, good value. The info online doesn't make it clear that the beach is literally a 5 minute walk, fantastic with all the beach services you could ever want.

This is not a complaint, just a note: take a beach cap for the pool. Everyone has to wear one. They also sell them there for about 4 euro. Lovely pool, huge.

We booked a family apartment. The only positives were the underground parking and the gardens.

I would NOT recommend this place. The apartments don't have airconditioning (although they are listed by booking.com if you search for places with aircon !?!?) and they are in dire need of renovation (especially the bathrooms). Also cleaning leaves a lot to be desired (unclean dishes in the kitchen cupbard, dusty furniture at arrival) Value for money is NOT OK. On top of that they charge additionally for pool access. In this price range there are far better places on the island. Location is good for the connection to Portoferraio. The beach is not great for swimming/snorkeling. It's full of boats and it's in the same bay as the busy port of Portoferraio.

Beautiful grounds and close walk to the beach

There are several ways this could be improved- Parking was very far away from the rooms despite plenty of nearer car parks. We had a self catered apartment and no basic provisions were available like tea or coffee, shower toiletries etc even though it had said coffee machine available. when we asked for a kettle this was 20 euro deposit. You cannot use the pool - unless you pay 30 Euros which when we were there for just 1 day seemed very high. The main door also did not close properly and had a big gap at the top. If felt like this place has some improvements to match how it markets itself

Unique location inserted into nature, I dream to live in such a place all the year long!

The beds were old and really not good anymore.

Very nice stay. Away from busy downtown Portoferraio. Swimming pool was very clean and really a sur plus. Overall we really enjoyed and will be happy to come back whenever we’re travelling back to Isola d’Elba.

Due to corona-virus the breakfast was not a buffet. You have to order the day before, resulting in not getting always what we wanted. However no big deal. The staff was happy to help whenever we wanted somethung extra.
