Very good facilities. Pool view room was lovely.

Paid for a massage. Got 11 minutes and staff were rude. Sun loungers are always covered with towels early morning.

Live music in the evening, lots of activities, great room, very clean, staff were lovely and multi-lingual, multiple pools, best breakfast I have ever had - even had English bacon.

Use of spa pool was an additional charge. Use of room safe was an additional charge.

Accommodation lovely and clean. Rooms spacious and loved having an adjoining door for the older children. Food, drink and all the staff amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay

Food choice at breakfast and dinner was very good and all round the hotel complex was very neat and tidy including our room.

Would have liked some music around the pool area but realise that the hotel was catering for many nationalities and types couples, singles and families so not everyone would appreciate music around the pool

absolutely loved our stay - me and my three sisters visited for a sisters trip these past three days and we loved it the staff were amazing the food delicious and sooo close to portaventura and the beach deffo recommend we will be back

Confusion with booking when checking in

Very clean, entertainment at night was good, good environment for a family holiday.

Some of the reception staff were very rude and not polite.

Air conditioning in the room was not great at all - we were there in April and was approx 19 degrees. We would have struggled to sleep or spend any time in the room if it had been any warmer.

Do you want to keep your stuff in your room's safe? Pay 10 Euro + 20 Euro deposit. Spa is also extra. The indoor pool was dirty. Our room was on the first floor right above a stage. On that stage, there were extremely loud shows until 23:15, so we couldn't get rest before that time. On the other hand, we learned that there were djs who shamelessly mixed You Can Leave Your Hat On after Robert Miles's Children.
