Mycket fint, nyrenoverat hotell. Stora badrum, stora rum, överlag mycket fint. Mysigt poolområde med stora cabanas och jacuzzi. Stor och varierande frukost Supermarket precis utanför dörren, bra utbud.

Inte helt färdigrenoverat när vi kom så det såg lite trist ut på vissa ställen. Maten i poolbaren var riktigt dålig tyvärr, dyr och halvfabrikat.

L'aménagement de l'hôtel qui a été complètement rénové. Emplacement Idéal. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, salle de bain avec douche magnifique. C'est parfait !

Manque un support à linge côté gauche lavabo dans salle de bain et tablette dans la douche pour produit !

Kändes fräscht och modernt! Nyrenoverat och snyggt! Lugnt hotell och inte för mycket gäster. Väldigt fint poolomårde som jag önskat att vi utnyttjat mer än bara sista dagen.

That there was no single drink for the dinner if you not all inclusive, not even water!

Perfect location with the use of the facilities at the sister suites opposite which was a much nicer pool area than the hotel. Good choice of food something for everyone It was my husbands birthday while we were there and the staff left a bottle of wine some chocolates and a lovely note which was much appreciated

Hotel a bit tired and rooms very dated Nothing going on in the hotel at all. No entertainment day or night you had to go over the road to the outside space which on a night was a bit chilly. Came back at 9.45 one night and there werent any staff at the bar at all so couldn't get a drink (we were all inclusive) again we'd have had to go to the suites which we didn't want to do also the all inclusive bar closed at 10 30 which is very early.

Good location. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff throughout. Good sized rooms, large & comfortable beds and good housekeeping. Lovely Christmas day gala dinner and superb New Year Eve gala dinner - all staff pulled out all of the stops on both occasions to make for a memorable evening. All inclusive bar drinks much better than often experienced at other AI hotels. Will definitely stay again.

Evening bar service at Miraflore (sister apts. opposite) sometimes painfully slow. Evening entertainment needs improvement (and more of it). Food, although quite good, not varied enough and needs to be hotter.
