Staff were exceptional and room was perfect - clean and very comfortable. Food & drinks also good. Location was perfect - just out of centre but close enough to stroll to.

Pool is small so hard to get sunbed.

Hotel Split was a beautifully appointed centric located hotel, two minutes away from the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk to the green market, and about 15 minutes into the center of old town split. The Marina was approximately 12 minutes away walking distance.

Although breakfast each morning was delightful, with the additional surprise of mimosas and Bloody Mary’s offered , I found their dinner menu options and room service items to be underwhelming. I had two meals at the hotel outside of breakfast, food was edible, just okay. Much better food in the Old town or around the Marina.  Although I knew I would have a small single twin room, the room was organized well.

Breakfast was nice had a big selection, loved the fruit juices. Room was nicely decorated and cozy and the penhaligon toiletries were are nice touch.

The hotel was in the perfect location, the service from the Hotel reception to the breakfast and spa staff were amazing. The food at breakfast was exceptional and the outdoor pool was lovely and relaxing

the only thing I didn't like was the gym because some of the equipment wasn't working or to a good standard. but i will definitely come back.

A very relaxing and calm environment plus good food and helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable and would return 

Was conveniently located to downtown Split where everything was at. Easily a 4-6 euro Uber / Taxi ride if you did not want to walk. Check in went smoothy and the staff was very nice.

The internet was horribly slow and we were staying on the second floor. I thought because the hotel was sold out on one of the evenings and that majority of the hotel guests were accessing it at once but it was the definitely the provider. Could only get full strength in the lobby never in the room. The spa was not open on Sunday which doesn’t make sense when your in a tourist location but maybe that could change since the busy season starts in June and we were 2 weeks early. The pool was open and refreshing regardless of what the remarks say on the booking website but it is very small and limited chairs - got my spot at 1030am and was lucky since it was completely full with zero places to sit by 1130. The rooms were decent in size by only one robe when 2 people are registered in the room made no sense.

we loved this property. everything from the time we arrived to the time we left the staff couldn’t have been any more friendly professional and helpful. the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated.

if I could find anything where I feel the hotel lacks, it would have to be the pool area isn’t very big and lacks loungers.

Great location and room quality

Fantastic hotel-located around 10 minutes into the centre of Split and very handy for all the ferries to the various islands. Lovely pool and garden terrace to enjoy the sun in. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The check-in experience, the breakfast services and help to get to know the city were very nice. Room was being upgraded to the sea view, very nice and comfortable room. Bedding, pillow, mattress, bathroom were very great and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choices

The breakfast the egg made was often over cooked.
