Stayed in the summer, and (when clouds cleared!) some stunning views and scenery. We stayed in the summer, but can see this would be beautiful in the winter as well, with snow covered slopes and roofs.
Nice shop in the residence, and town very close for restaurants, larger supermarket and obligatory gift shops.
Didn't use them, bit seemed to be plenty of sports shops renting skis and equipment.
Saw plenty of busses on mountain roads, and bus stop right outside entrance, so guess you don't need a car to get there.
Some of the roads are exciting, but how else do you get up a mountain?! After a couple of local trips, all became very easy though.

Actual location was good but very isolated from Village.
The standard of room cleanliness was poor.
Previous occupants personal hygiene still in evidence ie toe clippings, hair etc

The location was great, adjacent to blue/green ski runs with quick access to several main lifts, close access to walking/snow shoe trails and directly on the free shuttle bus route. The apartment was comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. Our two bedroom apartment was more spacious than comparable properties we have stayed. The balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. Onsite mini market, restaurant and ski rental shops were convenient additions. The pool and spa area was nice, though they closed a bit early (8 pm).
Only a few frustrations with the property.... the property is not designed to accommodate the rush of people checking in around the same time on Saturday evenings. It is a single lane, dead end road down the reception building with no proper space to turn around, no temporary parking and no staff outside directing traffic — add in a little snow/ice on the sloped roads, some vehicles without proper tires, and the result was chaos. It took an hour and half of wrangling to get our vehicle from the check in area to our parking spot a couple hundred meters away. And it was worse for others. I don’t think they can do too much to fix the underlying issue (tight road access) but could easily have someone directing traffic and let cars into the staff parking area temporarily to eliminate the jam of cars and make it easier to turnaround. Other frustration is also vehicle related.... we purchased a reserved parking spot in the garage under our building, after running to the grocery store we returned to find someone parked in our spot. The entire garage was full with multiple cars parked illegally. The staff told us the numbered spots were not really specific reserved spots and you can just park anywhere. This would’ve been fine if there were actually other spots open. After a day parked off the resort property down on the main road (because all external non reserved spots were also full) we were able to get a spot in the garage again and just left it parked rest of the trip. Luckily we didn’t really need the car but definitely not what you expect when you purchase a reserved spot. Only other minor complaint was the subpar pillows in our unit. All that said, we would gladly come back again as the positives far outweighed these few annoyances.
