We had the pleasure of spending 6 nights in our amazing Villa, the service from all the staff was exceptional. Great location being a short walk to the main road yet so peaceful and quiet in our Villa. Whether we ordered in or ate at the Oswego restaurant the food was all delicious - we would definitely recommend a stay at Impiana 🖤

A buggy had to take us to the lobby. It was a little far

Had a wonderful stay here with breakfast and private pool included. Our pool was large and maintained daily and we had almost everything we needed. The breakfast menu was good with more options provided if you eat at the restaurant rather than room service. We also appreciated the little touches such as a clean water tank and security who could help us cross the busy road. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

A fry pan would have been a nice addition to the kitchen!

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect for us as possible. We loved our villa, an oasis to recharge our batteries.

It's not a single property. It's spread in three locations. Fist one attached to the lobby. The second one is at a walkable distance. The third one where we stayed far off from lobby. One needs a hotel transportation to go to the restaurant or lobby. I personally preferred to stay within the same campus. But I think its not a major point. Another issue is very limited choise for food. But again, lot of eateries nearby.

Accessible and easy to move between restaurant and villa. In house / room breakfast service wonderful - staff were quick and efficient in bringing food to the villa.

The location of the villa we got was away from the main street and breakfast. We had to call for a ride every morning, but they were very prompt.

The fact that the location was away from the main street. I noticed villas that were next to the main office, but not sure what size they were, so couldn't confirm if they were the private villas. This is not really a problem, since I noticed many other villas situation in a remote location away from the main street.

Very spacious and set back from main roads so was very peaceful. Staff were amazing & couldn’t fault the accommodation. Looking forward to staying there again.

kitchen facilities when we checked in there was a dirty dishwasher scrubber left for us to use & no tea towels to dry anything.

Good variety of food on offer, well presented and capable staff.

It is just the perfect place to be.

Toilet paper is only one layer doesnt "fit"5 star accomodation.

The room and the pool was just as described. The people very nice. The service is perfect. You can blindly go and have your dream holiday here. Facility is fogged regularly so no mosquitos even in rain season

The bathroom Should not have an open window insects and geckos are crawling in from there. The breakfast can be improved a lot. There were no cheese. Western breakfast is bread croissant cereal butter and pancakes that could’ve been done much better. . And then you have eastern/Asian dishes.

Impiana is a beautiful villa located in a quieter street away from the touristy beach area, which for us was a bonus. The villas are beautifully decorated and very comfortable and the facilities are great, including the breakfast (included in price) and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The private pool was huge...much more than a plunge pool. Security 24hrs as well. The Prana spa is worth even a look inside and the massage packages luxurious.

villa was very nice

too many people parting in other villas around our villa. We were kept awake until 1-2am with loud music for two nights, people parting and screaming and the sound of people in neighbouring villa vomiting from being too drunk. this place was not family friendly and I felt sorry for our kids that had to hear all of this disgusting behaviour. we wished we had just stayed in Ubud, where it was much nicer.

The relaxed feel of the villas were perfect to just spend the days lying by the pool. Having your own space and privacy is amazing on a holiday like that. The villas looked stunning.

The beds were too firm and we struggled to sleep on them all week as they were giving us back pain.
