The hotel was ok... very basic hotel, I had booked a room without a private bathroom, but got upgraded and thus I had a bathroom. The beds were super confortable. Lovely personnel, and the breakfast was super diverse with good hours.

I did not have a window overseeing outside. The window that I had was overlooking the reception and hallway where breakfast was served. This is weird. I did not recall reading about the windows overlooking the inside of the hotel and not the outside. This also gives a lack of sense of privacy, even if there were curtains. Also, in the room, there was no boiler, no tea or coffee... The hygiene was not very good. Dusty fans.

The staff super kind. There are facilities in shared places, like kitchen, that can be used by the guests for cooking food. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The bathroom was not very clean. The wash basin's drain was not covered.

good location, close to walk to the city centre

it wasnt clean in the two rooms i was provided. the first one had hairs in the sink, on the ”new” towels on the bed and the bathroom smelled like pee. in the drawers i found dishes from another visitor. the next room was slightly better. but there was blood and snot dried in on the wall next to the bed. the remote for the tv looked like it had been used by someone really dirty and never been cleaned. the atmosphere wasnt nice either. most staff felt like they were in a bad mood. i felt unsafe all night and woke up somewhere between 10-20 times. i left 2 nights early. i slept with my clothes on because i didnt trust that the sheets were clean considering everything else. the most uncomfortable night ive had in a hotel. and i had a hotel room.

No air conditioner

The room didn't have a proper "window" - as the window was faced inner courtyard (which was not explicitly noted at booking stage). Therefore was not possible to get fresh air. Just next to the room window was a walkway - therefore curtains had to be kept closed all day and without sunlight, unless you want strangers to look into your bed. The light in the bathroom was switching on on movement - even during night, and kept switched on for ~ 10 minutes. It was funny but also annoying – you would not want to think all time about light switching on and off. But after 4 days you get used to it. : ) Also, one morning at 10:00 a team of workers insisted, that they need to get in my room "to check bathroom". The included breakfast is oficially until 10:00. However, when I arrived at 9:40 one day the service-woman had already removed most of breakfast food and then hastily put something back on the table.
