We had such a wonderful stay with Nicole! The location was great - right in the center of the French Quarter, walking distance to all the attractions. The apartment was spacious for our group of 5. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Nicole was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions. I will definitely come back and stay here!

Rental was super close to everything to see in the French quarter. Very clean and easy to check into. The manager was super responsive and helpful. Bourbon Street is very loud so when you do plan to sleep, bring earplugs. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect while feeling secure in the building

Enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. Was concerned about being so close to Bourbon Street, but we always felt safe and secure in the building. A bit noisy in the front bedroom, but my wife and I slept great in the back bedroom. Kitchen was great. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time in NoLa. The VRBO was roomy, clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do for the 7 nights we were there. Easy check-in/check-out process. Only issue was WiFi did not work, after multiple communications was property manager, could not fix this issue. Not a huge deal as we were there for the sights/experience, but did have to work some as well. Overall, very nice place to stay.

Loved the location! The place was the perfect size for our group of 3, nice building and super easy check in! This place is in the French Quarter and perfect location to walk just about everywhere in the FQ! For the few places we went outside of the FQ, the street cars or a Lyft were always available. The towels and linens were clean as were the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. we slept just fine in the beds too. The only thing that bothered us was the noticeable dust on the vents and ceiling fans. The slipcover on the couch also had stains and probably needs a good cleaning or replaced. Other than that, this place was fantastic and a great place if you are looking for a place to stay in the FQ.

The property is beautiful, safe and secure while being just off Bourbon St. in a great section of the French Quarter. The property owner was east to communicate with, quick to respond and attentive to all of our needs. NO complaints, 5 stars, I would highly recommend!!!

The only way to sleep on these beds is to put pillows down the middle to fill the dips in order to lay flat. The box spring is broken and has bricks under the bed. Which is so noisy I had to see if the bed was gonna fall on the floor. This is residential housing complex that has signs you will be asked to leave if you are a short term renter like VRBO!! The tv in the living room works off and on and neither tv works in the bedrooms. There weren’t any complimentary drinks in the refrigerator as stated in the add. And there was a cockroach in the living room ! Yuck

Very nice condo. It was clean and I am very picky about that. There were lots of towels which is sometimes unusual when you stay in a condo. There was a lot of street noise from one of the bedrooms at night but that was in an earlier review to it was expected. Nichole was very quick to get back in touch when I would text her. I would recommend this property to anyone unless they want to get away from the action of New Orleans.

Booked this place for a weekend bachelorette fun. the location Is awesome!! Only down fall was the internet didn’t work but everything else was as listed and u see in photos. I was rebook here again for my next visit.

Property manager and owner we're very nice. New Orleans has an ordinance posted on doors, elevators, etc warning that all VRBO and short term rentals are illegal and occupant will be thrown off Property immediately. This was not alright and we knew nothing about this until we arrived. The beds in this unit are the worst I've ever slept on. The T.V. for Superbowl kept going in and out. Manager tried to get us a good signal but we ended up at 3 legged dog bar for game. As stated owner and manager were very nice but who wants to lie if asked about you're lodging. Really irresponsible and VRBO listing properties is really to blame.

Our visit was amazing!! Nicole was great so easy to get ahold of and very helpful. The apartment was fantastic and exactly as pictured. Location you can not beat. Right next to bourbon st. Walking distance of everything yet still felt safe. Would definitely stay again!!

We were in New Orleans for a girls weekend. The property was exactly as described, very clean and the manager was wonderful to work with.

Yes we came into this apartment in New Orleans thinking it was going to be a wonderful experience it was a nice place nice location except when you checked into it a little further. Was here for a few days it wasn't all that great the cable went in and out the entire time The hot water didn't work on either one of the bathroom sinks the AC wasn't working we got . But they came and fixed it. Had to call them in the dryer never got fixed in the time that we were here we were told maintenance didn't work on the weekends not my problem and then the last night we were here my sister sleeping in the bed in the other room and roaches drop on her so we weren't quite happy we would have left except we couldn't find an affordable place in such short notice. I have used vrbo many times. So I guess it is true caviar emptor let the buyer beware.

Also well kept Nicole was amazing always responded in a timely manner over all a great place to stay and a great location very highly recommended .

I traveled to this wonderful city with my sister, nieces and mother. It was a great location and the perfect size for our needs. Nicole is a great host and extremely responsive. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the French Quarter.

This rental was amazing. Located literally a stones throw from Bourbon Street. Location. Location. Location. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Our only issue was with the TV. We were unable to get the one in the bedroom to work but to be honest, who cares about a TV. Our host was super helpful when trying to get it resolved. Bourbon Street can be noisy even at 4am. The trash trucks can be heard early in the morning so bring set of earplugs if sleeping in the second room. Great rental!

Everything was very clean and Nicole was very accessible and responded quickly

The unit is literally in view of Bourbon street, but also in earshot. Thus, really noisy until wee hours into the night / morning. Parking is expensive unless you find that elusive spot on the street after 6pm. There is a parking garage but it is expensive and if you are late it is $120 to get the boot off your car. The 3 single beds are comfortable ( but loud since they border the windows facing Bourbon street). The master bed needs replacement. Showers are fine with plenty of fresh towels, but no soap or shampoo in the showers. We didn’t cook at all so I can’t speak to those amenities. The check in code on the door is really convenient and easy. We felt totally safe with the gate glass lobby door and being on the 3rd floor. Nicole was really communicative as we had questions about the Wi-fi (it’s in the binder on page 3). Enjoy your stay, we did. Tommy - Austin TX

Come to N.O. every year same time. Although a lot less crowded due to COVID, still plenty of people to have fun. Place is in a very convenient, comfortable and safe feeling location. Easy to get to many things in all directions. Very clean and comfortable. Nicole is an outstanding & accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again.
