Desayuno completo, habitación muy comoda
el parking, no pudimos aparcar en el hotel todo y que habíamos avisado y la 2a opción el parking estaba muy lejos

Zentrale Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum See und den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt. Trotz der Lage relativ ruhig.
Wer keinen Hotelpalast braucht und Wert auf Individualität legt ist hier gut aufgehoben (vom Zimmerdekor bis zum Frühstücksraum fühlt man sich in die Zeit von Rudyard Kipling zurückversetzt).
Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal und ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Alles in allem für die Schweiz ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und defintiv eine Empfehlung.

Very easy location to get to from the main train station, and very nice and clean room. Helpful staff.
The only thing that could have been better is if there were a restaurant or bar inside the hotel. But I wasn't really expecting that.

The bed and bathtub was very comfortable. Location is excellent.
The room configuration was a bit odd. The toilet was on the other side of the room (far from the main bathroom), and didn't have a sink to wash hands. No USB outlets and not easy to charge overnight.

Bed was goed en er waren koffiefaciliteiten. Ook badkamer was prima en schoon. Kamer is niet heel groot maar voldoende.
Kamer was erg warm. Raam openzetten was niet handig ivm straatgeluid.

Un peu vieillot au niveau de la salle de bain (tapisserie qui se décolle , cabine de douche étroite) mais fonctionnelle.

The position was great, close to train station and markets.
The room looks clean at first sight, but on a closer look: dust under the tv, sticky remote, toiletries missing or having hair within the sealed package, the toilet room did not have a sink, the bathroom is hard to use, no water pressure, the second bed in the triple room was noisy, unstable and nails coming out of it, issues with opening the door, heating system to loud at night.

The location is ok , it’s close enough to walking for me the area is somewhat run down in comparison to other areas

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was a great perk to also get a free public transport ticket for the duration of our stay. The cleaning staff kept the place very clean and tidy and made sure the room was restocked with essentials each day. We appreciated the air conditioned room to escape from the high temperatures outdoors.

Pretty nice hotel with air conditioning there, you'll get a public transportation card as a gift as well
Probably not enough space to have a breakfast (some queues), you are not supposed to prepare a coffee for yourself, you have to ask for it and spend some minutes waiting for it (5-20 mins.)

Location was excellent. Size of room was good great air conditioning. Good water pressure. Good breakfast ( they had mango lassi also as juices which was a really nice). Quiet room. Also had a great « laverie » few doors down to do your washing at reasonable price.

The location and the bed
The staff was not the most helpful. I had gotten into bed and the remote control wasn’t working to turn off the Tv and I was told I needed to come down (at 11:30pm) to get new batteries. It was fine, I just unplugged it, but the way they proposed resolution was not ok in my opinion, plus the batteries were never replaced for the rest of my stay.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, nice hotel with an old-time vibe, happy and helpful staff
The location is not in the most salubrious suburbs, but is quite safe. The price is more like that for a 4*.

The room is big and the staff has already prepared the sofa bed for the third person to sleep. it is also within the walking distance to the station.
The neighbourhood is less exciting.
