lovely property, helpful staff and super central

The location is spot on, its about 150 steps from the Penkenbahn lift, its as in the middle as you could be without having any nightlife noise.

It seems as if young families are excited and noisy on the first night, my kids were the same! But normally they burn out by 10pm and it's only now and again, a good pair of ear plugs can sort this out.

The apartment was pristine clean, very comfortable and was just one minute walk to the Penkenbahn lift. I liked wooden design of the apartment. I kept wondering how the owners maintain wood in such a great condition. The wood was untreated, smelled nice and pleasant to touch. And very caring staff, starting from Rafael (the owner?) who helped me in some emergency situation involving my child. He went extra mile to help and I am so grateful for that!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean apartment. Good price vs quality balance. And very close to the penkenbahn. No sound problems.

Had great communication in English and very welcoming owners. Bright and spacious apartment with everything you could need. Large comfy bed and a real home from home. The location is the best for the Penken lift and Spar Supermarket being 1 min away. We loved it.

Rafael was great, the apartment was amazing (we got upgraded) and the location is just fantastic. Will visit again if I come back to mayrhofen
