The food is so delicious.
There was no shampoo /shower gel in the room, but we transmitted this to the reception and it was solved. This is the first concern: in a hotel of 5 stars, luxury, resort - no difference between shampoo and shower gel-the same bottle. (no conditioner as well🙃)
Secondly, the drinks which we need to order for the dinner were full of ice and less content - of course ice for 7-8 euro/ drink.
Thirdly, a shock aspect is that there is no coffee included in the room, you need to pay for the capsules. It's for the first time in my entire life - when a hotel taxes the coffee. (famous hotel near Debrecen 20km - offer free Nespresso coffee in the room).
For me the report of quality and price is low.

My favorite here is my amazing Drinks made by Zoltan. He can also make you a special drink, just tell him what you like, he can concoct it for you. Every drink this guy makes is excellent.
Second will be the spa staffs and the pool area. It was so relaxing, my toddler love it there.
Restaurant staffs are very nice from breakfast and dinner. They are friendly and considerate with our toddler.
Front desk staffs are nice and helpful.
Third will be the children's play area.
So there's one front desk staff I asked for help to help me translate to the restuarant staff that if they can heat up my Toddler food, He told me to ask them, so the person I asked in the restaurant was having a hard time understanding me thats why I went to the front desk to ask for help but instead he told me "It is not my job to do that for you".

Everything. The location was great . The acquticum park is close 4 minutes walking. The spa in the hotel is very fancy and the train for the center is located on front of the hotel just to cross the street

The SPA was not available and that was why we chose this hotel. Of course, we were not noticed before.

The staff was great, ordered us a taxi for 4 am to the airport. Also we missed breakfast since we leaved at 4 am so we received a breakfast bag to take with us
