Long check in process: they ask you to fill in the online form, but then fill in the same info at the counter. Restaurant and bar not working after 22.00??? Really??? A lot of people at breakfast and far not enough food, so you have to stand and wait when staff brings another little plate which is momentarily empty. For a hotel near Exhibition center for a lot of people - strange... Beds in the room were really narrow for two people. City center is quite far away to go on foot, like 30 min.

Fancy acting staff telling me their standards are normal to better hotels, and I just do not know how it goes in such hotels. Crawded breakfast. Expensive hotel parking. I have slept in better equipped and cheaper hotels than this.

Very helpful staff. It was a last minute booking in a busy period. They upgraded our booking free of charge in order to have a better stay.

While the quoted price in booking.com is in Euro, the hotel is expected to be paid in CZK. While this is OK given that this is the official currency of the country, the exchange rate used by the hotel is not matching the current one causing a bit higher prices. In our case the reception was able to adjust the room price to the one we were quoted. The location of it although good for those traveling as it was close to the motorway, I'd say it is not in walking distance from the city center.

Breakfast was delicious, all clean and comfortable.

Double bed was small for a couple.

I frequently visit events in Brno and this time, I chose this hotel because it is very close to the Exhibition centre entrance. The room size and cleanliness is as expected from a hotel at this price level. Except for the location, this establishment really has no redeeming qualities.

This hotel staff doesn't provide customer service but rather customer disservice. The worst part first: At the check - out, they took my payment in CZK. When I noticed the price, I said I didn't like the exchange rate and would rather pay in EUR, if that's okay. They said it's okay and reversed the payment. AFTER that, they said that payment in EUR is only possible in cash!!! The return was still not processed, so I was forced to make second payment with the absurdly high exchange rate because of the incomplete and misleading information the hotel staff gave me. They did not appear apologetic at all, rather, it gave out the impression that they enjoyed that I had no power over the situation. Second worst moment was at the check-in. We completed the check-in online in advance to speed up the process and were assigned a room number. We arrived cca. 1pm and hoped to ask if the room is ready. The staff dismissed us without even trying to provide the answer, or asking details about room number. They said they don't have to make the check-in before 3pm, and if we are unhappy about it, we should have booked additional night, and told us not to come asking again before 2pm. I don't believe a word about the rooms not being ready because the cleaner already made noise around 9am. I actually became paranoid they will try opening the doors at any moment before we are ready to leave...

the bed is comfortable and the room and the whole hotel is clean.

we came around 14.15 and the receptionist said that there is no possibility to check in as the room was not prepared. and when we came back around 15.10 there was a huge line for check in and we were waiting for the check in more than hour even I did pre check in. I understand that the room was not ready and I have nothing against it but I believe that the reception knows already that there would be a huge number of new guest and they could do all precheck in when we came at 14.15 and gave the key from room after 15.00. Moreover they forgot to authorized the card for parking and when we wanted to leave the hotel, we could open the gate and I called to the reception and they proposed to come to the reception to activate the card as they forgot to do it within the activation. but there was still huge line of new guest and only after my question that should I stand in this line for activation the card, they said yes but in a few second opened the gate manually

The breakfast was nice, the room was quite spacious.

The staff is lacking basic English knowledge. I asked for parking space, but I was told that it can not be guaranteed. It is an additional cost, which was not mentioned before. There was also difference in the tax. It is quite upsetting that I book a hotel for a fixed price and I have to pay additional 50 euros on the spot. Why can this be not calculated before?!

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Big and well equipped rooms. Breakfast was also very good. Parking lot just behind the building.

Just for my taste - beds are too soft.

i like the property cause it is next to the exhibition grounds. It is perfect for us to stay there during exhibitions. and if we wanna go to the center it is not far and by the taxi it is like 10 minutes max. and cheap.

that booking is not making options with car and without… i would like to pay it ahead when i know i come with car.
