We had our leaders retreat here. It was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. All the game options made it very condusive to work and play. It rained the whole time we were there so we unforunately didnt get to use the gorgeous outside area much but the interior was so spacious and fun we didnt get cabin fever.

This beautiful property comfortably accommodated our large family. Quiet and scenic vistas abound. We were also pleasantly surprised, given its rural charm among fruit groves, by its proximity to town. Location (a short drive to the coast and Joshua Tree) was a definite plus. In all, a perfect venue for our family to have a fun and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

The property was great! There were 12 people and there was plenty of space inside and out. The weather wasn't great with a thunder storm and power outage so the pool wasn't enjoyed as much as we'd hoped. But the house was well lit with emergency hallway lighting and plenty of flashlights in the closet. The house was also in a great location. Close to town but far enough away to feel like a vacation.

Plan on staying at the same location for a longer stay. It was beautiful and comfortable

This single story sprawling secluded villa was perfect for our family and friends, giving everyone their privacy as needed. Casual, relaxed feel to it. Indoor, outdoor and poolside areas were great for mealtime or just hanging out. The pool was enjoyed by all. The pool table and Foosball were fun. A variety of table game options were available. Beds were comfortable and the bedroom fans were a nice addition. Bathrooms were ample (shower acoustics were a plus:). Kitchen/BBQ cookware and utensils were plentiful. It was great to be able to park our vehicles in the garage. The extra refrigerator was definitely appreciated. AvantStay Customer service has been outstanding. Our only suggestion for this home is the need to add a small battery operated or electric compressor (for sanitary reasons and ease) to fill up inflatables to be used in the pool (inflatables kept in pool supply box near BBQ). This villa is nicely situated and the landscape designed to fit, creating a pleasant and private oasis retreat. Love all of the palm trees as they sway in the breeze, the beautiful sunsets,...! We would definitely use this property again and recommend it to others.

The property is spectacular. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful and lush landscaping. Very private. The house is well laid out and the rooms are a good size. Comfy beds. Close to everything. My group had an amazing time and can’t wait to return.

An excellent property as advertised, did not disappoint. The Internet works fine except the login process is a pain because it doesn't remember the device and you have to login almost every time you want to use it with name, e-mail and DoB. Why on earth do you need a DoB?

The property was great and we only had a couple of small issues: The igniter for the outside BBQ did not work. We believe the property need two or three more umbrellas by the BBQ area. The Palm trees really needed to be trimmed back, we had to clean the pool several times due to the dropping by the palm trees into the pool. Everything else was great, and thanks welcome packet, nice touch. Lat thing there were no trash cans to put our trash on the property, we hauled most of the trash away. The extra fridge in the garage was great.

Loved the property it was perfect to ring in the celebration of my wife’s 40th birthday. The house was beautiful and had all the bells a whistles

We enjoyed celebrating Dad’s 60th birthday with all of the kids and grandkids.

Pool and Hot tub were perfect. House was clean and in a great location. No instructions on how to use the pool/hot tub remote. But we called and they walked us through it all.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Highly recommend for groups of friends or families.

It was everything and more that we needed to have a fun and memorable vacation with our family and friends! We will be back!! Thank you for being so responsive and helping us have a great experience at Grapevine! We also enjoyed 9 holes at Legends and had a wonderful time at South Coast Winery!!

Private, easy to find, tons of activities, and the price was great!!! Close to Old Town Temecula and the wineries. Great family get a way.

The house and location is wonderful! The house and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Hosted 4 couples and 2 kids so well. Lots of activities and games provided which was great. Would definitely recommend!

Property is even better in person than the photos! Our group of 12 enjoyed a long weekend here with plenty of space for everyone. Love all the games and the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped for cooking for a large group. As the other reviews have warned, horrible cell reception but excellent wifi. Easy check-in process, Avantstay even helped us organize wine tasting with pick up and drop off at the property. Can't wait to come back!

We rented this property for a week-long getaway during COVID - it was perfect! Totally remote, but not actually far from the main downtown of Temecula (we live in San Diego) - we were still able to get grocery and takeout delivered no problem. The entire area the house is in does not get cell service, so be aware of that - we did drive back out to the main road a few times for urgent calls, but mostly just used the WiFi (but had to use conferencing apps and/or iMessage, as we couldn't just make WiFi calls and there is no landland). The house was large and well-stocked. The pool was a dream, and there was plenty to keep all of us entertained and relaxed. We had 3 adults and 2 small children and we all left feeling happy and refreshed. We spent time walking around the vineyards and fruit groves, which my little ones really enjoyed. We swung on the tree swing, played pool, foosball and pingpong and most of all SWAM - the outdoor space is perfect. There are tons of bees and wasps around b/c of the fruit, but as long as you keep an eye out you'll be fine. We had a bit of an ant problem in the bathrooms when we first arrived, but I contacted the property manager and they sent out an exterminator that same day! Some of the house is starting to show signs of wear, but that's to be expected at most rental properties - especially one of this size. The management company was very responsive and proactive - no hidden fees, they list out everything and while the cleaning fee was high, I don't mind paying it to know the house was cleaned well in between guests - especially during a pandemic. Overall LOVED it and will definitely be back next time we need a quick getaway.

The house was everything we expected. It had all the necessities to disconnect and relax for a few days. The house is beautiful, well kept and exactly as described. Would recommend for a family getaway.

Located in an beautiful, quiet, and peaceful setting in a very upscale area, surrounded by other beautiful estates, orchards, and vineyards, this is the perfect place for a peaceful relaxing Southern California getaway. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen are fantastic and very Private. It has the feel of a 500 acre estate but it’s just minutes from Old Town Temecula and the wineries in the area. We could have gone anywhere, and we felt very lucky that we chose this house and Temecula for our relaxing vacation!!

This home is great for groups of adults, with 5 full bedrooms and comfortable furniture. (Also great for families.) Supplies include board games, pool, cornhole and basketball. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Beautiful, private yard. We had some technology issues such as getting on to wifi (due to incorrect instructions) and using the TV (did not receive instructions). The home has good wifi but weak cellular phone service. The home is managed by Avant Stay, which responded promptly to our questions and concerns both before and during the stay. I deducted points re: "accuracy of the listing" due to the many charges that were added on top of the quoted daily rate. We were charged a credit card fee and utilities fee in addition to the typical damage deposit, cleaning fee and taxes. Also, there is an additional charge for heating the pool.

The home was very organized. It had several provisions for navigating both the home and the surrounding area. The home was very clean. It is so important not to feel like you are walking into someone else’s mess. The home was spotless. The beds we comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. . We very much enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous property with so much room and many fun things for family and friends to enjoy. We had plenty of space for everyone and really enjoyed the pool table, outdoor BBQ area (very large) and the swimming pool. Would highly recommend it for a large group or family get-away.
