really friendly staff, very good value, convenient location. nice old house, well kept. everything we needed. breakfast included.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff very obliging.

Bar was not in operation. Location was poor. Rubbish in the surrounding streets. We felt uneasy outside after dark.

Hotel is very old,needs a good refurbishing.mould everywhere. Location is not the best. Bed very uncomfortable couldn't sleep well. We had to check out the next day. Two lamp shades not working.

The neighbourhood is somewhat shabby. The hotel was quite a way from places to eat that were mostly near the railway station.

The Hosts are very nice and kind people, very very hospitable. I was earlier at the hotel and Host Lady prepared me a room earlier, I got the breakfast also that day which was very nice after long trip. The room itself is very clean, nicely smell, it's warm, has all cosmetics available and all replaced when asked. The bed is very comfortable. All pictures shown on the website are facts how the room and whole hotel look like. The breakfast was good, always served with tea and coffee to the table. It is a good place to go to the city center, only 1km away, walking distance. The hotel offers airport transfer which I took and was nicely drove to the destination. I had a nice time there, rested, relaxed and will recommend this place. A presto! :)

Location is nice close to centre but streets around are dirty, lots of garbage on streets

the location is almost perfect. Stazione and bus station are just 3-5minutes away, city center and all interesting places are in walkable distance.

everything was alright. but if they can, they could improve in cleaning floor.

Room was very clean and spacious with 2 balconies on a small street. Staff was very nice and Gaetano also prepared a good coffee prior to my early morning flight along with other breakfast items. Breakfast included fresh bread, warm croissants and pastries, different fruit and juices, cereals, and good coffee and the lady (I did not get the name sorry!) also made sure we had gluten free and dairy free items for my son, along with a variety of milk. Thankyou! These little things matter a lot!

The area outside is not the cleanest but this is beyond the control of the hotel as it is more or less like that around the centre

location - just a short 5-10 minute walk to the train station. breakfast - with a good range of choices inc fresh fruit, cereals, bread /croissants, cheese/ ham and yogurts.

Good location from the bus and train station. The staff is very nice, but they don't speak English. Breakfast simple, but croissants excellent. Large room with its own large bathroom.

Shower gel is not added. It was not enough for 3 nights. There was hair and dirt on the floor.

The hotel surroundings are typically southern Italian, so the streets are not the cleanest. But this is something that is common in the area and it certainly does not detract from the quality of the accommodation, so just don't be surprised, the hotel itself is perfectly fine!.
