La ubicación
Piscina muy sucia, incluso por las tardes venían patos del exterior y se ponían a nadar y los empleados no hacían nada por echarlos.
La piscina tiene azulejos rotos y mis hijos se cortaron los pies.
Se colaba gente del exterior y nadie les decía nada.
La limpieza del apartamento es lamentable.
El socorrista estaba solo pendiente de su móvil y apenas miraba la piscina.

Central. Beautiful setting.
A little old fashioned. Drawers in presses a bit sticky/ hard to open. Had to climb quite a number of steps. Not ideal, especially for oldies but good hand rails. Entertainment limited.

I am shocked at the bad reviews on here yes it has a lot of stairs but it warns ya of that .So don't book if ya can't do stairs
My Mrs is a very fussy eater and that was our worry but she managed a meal every sitting and me and my pal found the food to be great it's not 5 start super chef's i but it's as good as many the places we have had dinner in lanzerotte saving us quite a tidy sum on dining out . Good choice of meat .potatoes veg rice pasta ect and a fish choice at every meal .and soup .. Good choice of deserts too . Many all inclusive places seem to have staff who thing it's there drinks there handing over and ignore the fact you have actually paid . Not here we had no prob getting what drinks in what quantity we wanted . Yes the furniture's a bit dated and worn but hey if thestate of the furniture is what makes your holiday I suggest you stay at home .
All in all we had a great time at this place and will deffo be back ...

the location is excellent very dated rooms but clean and good value for money
snack bar wasn’t available at the times stated it was random throughout the day and finished at 3 but stayed 4pm

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Pool and pool area is brilliant and location is perfect.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay their and definitely recommended.
Maybe the steps up to our apartment, I counted 108 from the front to where we were situated.
Could do with a lift or baggage service to assist, especially up to the first floor area.
But really not much to say.

Place was dirty staff very rude we were all inclusive and your being watched all the time things going missing out of our room.
Nothing. My husbands bag pac stolen and staff didn't want to know about it. Worse place I've ever been in never go back.

Basic but extremely clean , towels and cleaner everyday , swimming pool big which was lovely .
I've got a mobility issues and contacted them before I arrived to ask if possible to have a ground floor ,they said they would do what they can , when I arrived they had allocated me a ground floor apartment which I was extremely grateful for .
Overall I would stay again , hoping to return in Jan .Location was very central to old town ,restaurants, pubs ect

staff was amazing and very helpful and the view was the room is amazing also the pool was a very good size and would definitely stay there again as it is very good that there is a supermarket in the hotel
there is a lot of stairs and no lift apart from that it is an amazing place

Perfect location. Very clean and house keeping excellant.
Needs major upgrade, very dated furniture and painting.
WIFI cost 30euros and was very poor.

The staff were very helpful
The pool had no shallow end which was no good for people who weren't good Swimmers.
The keypad for the door of our apartment caused a lot of problems during the week and was frustrating even though it was checked by maintance mam.

the location was perfect
it was dirty, there was ants all in the bathroom. i payed for the accommodation and that’s all I got, had to pay extra for the tv and wifi, it’s a rip off. Our balcony door was broken and impossible to open. i wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be staying here when I come back

Pool tiles broken, ants in the kitchen in the apartment. Place needs major updating. 1 staff member in the bar could be quite rude.
