They say they have 5 stars, they have 1. Restaurants were closed due to a problem that we had to be supposed to be adviced before arriving. Rooms were not clean. Humidity odor in the room. Elevators not working. I dont know how you still list this hotel. I left the property and moved to another hotel after the first night. They have a room as a bathroom in the lobby as they had the bathrooms out of service.

The breakfast had a great selection. Whilst having breakfast the staff were attentive and welcoming. If you enjoy the beach, then the location is perfect. It was accessible to the beach/sea, and there was also great restaurants nearby.

I thought that the gym facilities would have been better. I was also surprised to be told that I would have to pay for a bed at the side of the pool within the hotel. Obviously this came with fruit, but it would have been nice to have the option to relax without paying for a bed. I therefore spent less time in the hotel because of this.

Very happy with location and facilities and breakfast included was a bonus - staff were friendly and very helpful and my room was light and bright with a balcony - I would return again.

The concierge is friendly and keen to start personable conversation. She also gave great local recommendations. There is one waiter who attended to me at breakfast in a personable way, remembering I wanted a Cappuccino each morning during my stay. He was very kind and pleasant. One reception attendee “Antonio” was very kind! This is what I liked most.

I don’t usually focus on negatives but I have a list of things to flag :- This is not a 5-star hotel The decor is dated and worn The staff are generally not very welcoming The fridge in my room didn’t work The gym air-conditioning didn’t work The noises in adjacent bedrooms could be heard The breakfast selection was mediocre The dinner at the Italian restaurant was awful service and food The card-for-a-towel system at the pool makes no sense The hotel charged me €8 for peanuts from the minibar despite never eating them — when you spend €2200 in 7-nights (as a sole traveller) you don’t miss €8 but in 20-years of travel I have never been charged €8 for peanuts that I didn’t eat. Sorry team you have some work to do to improve!

The pool and beach area and the food was very good for lunch at the beach.

The cleanliness, the run down feel of the whole hotel, the bedrooms were seriously outdated, the rooms where not thoroughly cleaned.
