Pas de balcon, la chambre plutôt petite et la télévision qui ne proposait que 2 chaînes. Le séchoir ne fonctionnait pas.

I loved the reception area, old fashioned and classic style. I really liked the bar area inside for a quiet drink for the same reasons. I loved my room though so expensive and quite small but it had a beautiful view of the sea and was right on the prom.

The outside seating area with grey dull furniture was one of the most underwhelming properties on the promenade. I thought it was so wasted a spot. Plastic chairs not bright and inviting at all. We are in this spot once. Lunch food/tapas very basic. The breakfast itself was good but i couldn’t get over how noisy and abrupt the kitchen staff were as they went about their business. No friendly nod or common courtesy extended if you happened to be at the buffet and they needed to refill. Breakfast clanging and cashing of crockery etc was unsettling, not keeping with the vibe of the hotel!

The benefit of the hotel is its location right next to the beach. Clean accommodation on the whole.

While breakfasts are good enough, I recommend not to take dinners. The food lacks variety and quality. Mostly defrosted meals. It is definitely better to go to town for dinner and not take half board. Rooms have uncomfortable beds and small bathrooms. Thin walls, so every noise can be heard. Overpriced parking.

it was located in a excellent position directly on the beach, yet walking distance to the heart of Roses. the hotel was spacious, inviting, yet had a homely feel. the rooms were good sizes with all the facilities required. and then the breakfast was plentiful and well laid out.

there was nothing I did not like about the property.

very dated and in need of refurb. Had to pay for sun loungers which was really annoying and meant no one used them. No beach towels and 17 Euros a day for parking. I believe sun loungers and parking had been free in previous years and maybe they are trying to refill the coffers after Covid but really not worth it as it pulls down the rating. Bar closed at 10! Food very average. So if it had had a refurb and not so stingy on the sun loungers I would have given a 9

Great location, lovely view of the coastline from the restaurant and a nice terrace area out front. The property is only a few steps from the beach so it was very convenient too.

We paid extra to have a double bed rather than two singles and they provided us with two single beds pushed together. the mattresses were also extremely hard and uncomfortable to the point where we were waking throughout the night and in pain the following morning. The breakfast buffet was good but the dinner buffet is not worth it, the food was very dried out and had obviously been there a very long time.

Paid parking and pool only opens at 11am.

the 3 Person room was a 2 person standard room with 3 beds. way too small. breakfast was poor and they tried to charge me more for the bar while checking out.

The location, cleanness and beds are really really good for the price of the rooms.

Breakfast and food they serve in the buffet restaurant are from a very low quality, really bad. Please go anywhere else for breakfast.

hotel is very well located, staff is very helpful, breakfasts was also very diversified and tasty. facility has its own parking for the extra cost

beds had a lamps over the head that was very uncomfortable, you can hit your head on it every time you raise it, also pillows are not comfortable.

Post injury, I needed a hotel close to my physio and chose this hotel. If I could give this hotel 10 star, I would! For the amazing staff that went above and beyond to help and support me every single day. From the front desk to the cleaning team, and in particular the restaurant staff who I am forever grateful for their kindness, professionalism and always helping me before asking for it. I warmly recommend this hotel, not only for the great location but for the best people I’ve encountered!

Starting with secure parking in hotel grounds, the location could not be better. Right on the beach but just a short stroll to shops and bars. Ideal for those less able, lots of ramps, and even a chairlift into the swimming pool.
