Great breakfast buffet with lots of choice, available from 6.30. Friendly and efficient service in the restaurant despite a a number of large groups. Overall efficient service.

Very noisy / loud lobby and restaurant. Our room had the beds on a second level, which made it relatively warm/hot in the bed despite cold 'downstairs'. Room was relatively dark with too few lights,

Le service et la qualité du petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est chez lui, mange des chewing-gum sans distinction, ne s’excuse pas quand il vous fonce dessus avec un chariot et ne se bouge pas quand vous lui demandez un renseignement (question sur le thé : c’est dans le tiroir ! À l’autre bout de la pièce). Pour le spa, on as dû revenir 3 fois à la réception pour avoir toutes les infos. Personne à la réception du spa. Spa OK. Hamman pas génial au niveau odeur. Salle de repos OK. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié mais n’est pas très qualitatif.

The restaurant was okay

The room was dark. There was hair in the shower. The hallway was smelly and dirty. We visited the pool, there was still towels and drinks from the night before. There were no robes and slippers we could use. Our son picked up an cigaret trash in the “playground”.

Many equipment are unused and not clean especially the coffee maker etc

The TVs were outdated. No possibility to connect the phones for Netflix. The spa is unfortunately terrible. There needs to be a major update
