A beautiful hotel in a cute little town! We loved the decor and the room was very spacious, clean, and cute! We had dinner at the property where the staff and food was wonderful! Breakfast the next morning was great as well! everything you needed! We were pleasantly surprised with the huge gym and sauna/pool area! it was great! We would recommend this place! :)

We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location on our way back to Bergen after touring fjord country. The town was surprisingly pretty. The hotel is suitable for sports enthusiasts as it has a well equipped gym and pool. The breakfast was also inviting, with lots of variety and healthy options.

The hotel interiors seem a bit cheerless and would benefit from renovation using lighter colours and adding some decoration to the rooms. Apparently light sensors have been installed in the bathrooms but are not functioning satisfactorily. We found ourselves in total darkness, groping around for taps and switches half way through our showers. Guests with heavy luggage might find it awkward to negotiate the many steps and hallways leading to some of the rooms. The town does not have many eating places so we had to dine in the hotel restaurant. The food was mediocre and not attractively presented.

Free WLAN and good Location

The hotel is a bit outdated, but has its charm. However, we were initially given a room with totally dirty mattresses covered with stains. After a short complaint at the reception, we were given a new room without hesitation, which left a bitter taste in our mouth. It was as if they had tried to sell us the room with the knowledge that this bed was substandard. The new room had a brand new bed and the room was also clean. The shower was great, but you put the whole bathroom under water when you shower. The breakfast also stood out negatively for us. The milk for the coffee was no longer good, the supposedly fresh waffles were wet (for whatever reason). And we only received a little bread on request. All in all, this is a hotel we would not recommend. A great pity.

I booked a family room with 3 single beds and I paid extra for it but I got a normal room with 2 beds and a crib

Old hotel, located in a pretty village with free private parking. The hotel has a pool, sauna and access to a professional gym - a real bonus. Good solid breakfast included. Restaurant.

Invest in a coffee machine! Bathroom light (with sensor), that went on and off. Wave your arms....

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Attractions include a wooden Church and the Jutulheimen museum. Free parking. Several supermarkets and Vinmonopolet are situated around.

There is a smell of damp in the bathroom. There was no soap or shampoo. Apparently, they are not provided here, because there is not even a place where they can be placed, but there are two sanitizers in the bathroom

Very pleasant hotel. Great breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna were nice.
