Short ride in taxi from airport is twice as expensive as the same trip to Samui center. Pillows in hotel are absolutely impossible to sleep on-too hard.

Food not the best

The Hotel is paradise situated In beautiful surroundings of lush hardens greenery and flowers. the beach is breathtaking I strongly advise catching sunrise. Last but by no means least, the staff are exceptional everyone is very warm and welcoming they really make your stay special. lovely team.

The breakfast was superb, we had a choice of juices each day e.g. Guava, pineapple, orange with 2 coffee machines for cappucino and Latte lovers! There is an omelette station where the chef can quickly prepare you an omelette of your choice, breakfast buffet includes cereal selection choices, toast, selection of fruit and a range of different other delicious treats which change daily eg vegetable green curry (yes for breakfast) Indian Pancakes, Pineapple rice, various meat dishes - the staff are all so friendly and relaxed and make you feel at home straight away,

Service was very poor. Dirty cups were left as is after room cleaning. Staff appeared disinterested

Room service could be better, Massage was in the sister Hotel only, Hotel seem running on 20% only but service shall be as 100% which was not the case, Breakfast could be bigger. Often missing items.

Location was very good as just north of the busy Chaweng Beach. It was very clean and the beach area was beautiful. All of the staff were super friendly and did anything to help.

It’s a little dated and things like the sun loungers need replacing. Also, after 2 years of Covid, with the pool villa not being used, the room was quite musty smelling. The breakfast is really poor and very basic. You’ll be able to find something to eat but don’t expect any variance. Would also recommend a shuttle bus into Chaweng

villa option is actually only adjoining rooms. no problem with this however villa option on website is misleading. also only a small matter however the bottles of water were not placed in the fridge each morning by housekeeping

There was no buffet breakfast. Only very limited menu which was the same everyday. Very cheap, poor quality food, eg only cheap white bread, small omelet, terrible food and service.

The staff were very despondent, no interest at all, limited numbers, lack of security etc etc Pool was dirty with no staff in attendance at all. Towels smelled and just left in an old shack Terrible service and attitude. Obviously major issues after reopened

Great and friendly staff and a service like I’ve never experience before, the food was excellent, great location and a great view, highly recommend staying here.
