Lits corrects

Arrivée tardive 1 h du matin pour 2 nuits..Personnel d'accueil en majorité peu agréable et parfois même franchement désagréable : réservation non trouvée pour la durée dans le logiciel de l'hôtel, indications très approximatives pour trouver la chambre(petite) très éloignée de la réception, clé qui ne fonctionnait plus le lendemain soir, 2 serviettes de bain mais une seule serviette de toilette, pas de bonde au lavabo...

Een kamer die je verwacht bij de prijs en locatie vlakbij het vliegveld gewoon ruim voldoende. Redelijk nette kamer en een goed bed. Restaurant was prima, goed eten, goede service, goede prijs.

Maar zoals vaker schiet dan de badkamer er bij in, toilet liep continue licht door, wc bril zat helemaal los en douche was matig op temperatuur in te stellen.

Very good location- walking distance from the airport. Family room is very good- it has 2 interconnecting bedrooms.

TV was unwatchable - the connection on cable was so bad that whatever channel we tried to watch, it was cutting off. Sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly. There was no lift and a narrow staircase to get to our room- not ideal with a few over 20kg suitcases. It might be that the family room is just on second floor? I haven’t thought about it so I haven’t asked about rooms on ground floor.

Very clean and spacious family room. It was ideal for an airport stopover. Ample parking and we didn't eat so cannot comment on the restaurant. Would use again.

The place is close to the Blagnac airport and that’s what I needed because I had to walk there every day due to my job.

Firstly the price is too high for this “motel”,the second is-I’ve reserved 4 rooms for 4 nights through the booking.com and price was around €300 per 4 nights.However once we wanted to prolong the staying we were asked for much higher rate than it was even in the booking.com that day.We couldn’t understand why and asked the reason from the reception.The answer was like-“if you don’t wanna stay here-don’t stay”.I left this hotel but some of my friends had to stay there and booked rooms through the booking already becaue as I told earlier the price was much higher at reception (which is very weird).So,the staff asked my guys to relocate to another similar room and it was looked like staff was very unhappy that my friends prolonged their staying through the app but not through the reception.Moreover once my friend came into the restaurant with his meal he was told to go outside and have a meal there.I don’t what to say but in my opinion this is a real shame…And all this situation is just for extra 50-100 euro which wasn’t paid at the reception and rooms were booked through the app. P.S. Sane you are the best girl there,thanks a lot for your kindness.Alex,I’m really disappointed in you and Campanile as well…This is not what we expected for.None of my friends will come to your hotel.Good luck.
