La limpieza y la ubicación. Además, las camas son muy cómodas.

habitaciones cómodas, desayuno correcto. personal muy amable. El terapeuta que nos hizo masaje un gran profesional.

Todo el personal fue consciente de las alergias comunicadas en el momento de la reserva.
Aparcamiento exterior. Con el espacio del que dispone el sitio, bien dibujadito en el suelo permitiría más vehículos.
El gimnasio era limitado en opciones pero suficiente para un par de días y poder mantener los entrenos.

Todo en conjunto. La atención, las instalaciones, el desayuno.....la tranquilidad, la ubicación.
Lo único incomodo que encontramos fueron las almohadas. Las encontramos muy altas para nuestro gusto.

Value for money hotel. Standard fine - subject to comments below - for the category, price and our needs. Would us it again.
Hotel room initially smelt of tobacco - so we had to buy an air freshener. Also there was a nearly empty bottle of wine and pack of ham in the room when we arrived. Finally, first day back from skiing and the room hadn’t been made up at 4.00pm. To be honest didn’t complain about any of this at the time and thereafter the room was cleaned promptly each day.

Hotel is fine, Benasque is not big village and main street is right 3 minutes walking, bar cafeteria is nice in every sense, not many dishes but yummy, room is big, the same for bathroom, staff is friendly. All in all a good choice for skiing.
wellness spa area is banned for children, based on age instead of behaviour, there are two 1,5h slots available for 'town with no laws' so all children together can disturb, jump, break their legs or even yours, this savage slots are called 'family slots'. Don't know what concept of family this hotel has, being a winery company now managing a hotel, I can figure. Anyway I choosed this hotel specially for spa, of course indicating adult and child, and didn't find any information or email from hotel indicating spa was unusable for six days (ok available as a water park1,5h out of six days). Gym was also banned based on age instead of behaviour, all in all clearly this hotel is family unfriendly as my point of view. Claiming to staff and Booking was useless.

The atmosphere was very nice and friendly.
The hotel will need a few renovations soon but our
feeling is that everything was still functional and
comfortable, good value for money. The staff is
very friendly and helpful (from the reception to
the restaurant/bar). We got some great tips from
the breakfast buffet staff(Irina) regarding some hikes
we could do. We had lots of fun at the bar of the hotel
. We enjoyed our stay a lot so we extended it actually
for 2 more nights. Will definitely visit this place again
Was a really pleasant surprise, especially that we initially
had booked another hotel in Benasque, that had the
rudest staff ever and we had the feeling that maybe
this is how people in Benasque are, but they ware the
exception actually.

A lovely hotel just off the main streets of Benasque. The value for money was exceptional! Pool not very large but quiet with nice places to sit on the grass and terrace outside. We had to leave very early for a bus, so they laid on a basic breakfast for us at 05.30.

Staff 10 stars . Nothing to complain about it . All the food and bar excellent . Clean place , nice view . Traveled with 4 kids , they really enjoyed the swimming pool .
I don't think anyone can complain anything about this place .

Spacious room with lovely view of the filelds and mountains, although out of a small window.
Good variety of food at breakfast and most staff very helpful.
Hotel is close to all the amenities of Benasque.
Free use of covered pool.
Large free car park.
The whole building is in need of renovation........the rooms are dark and carpeted and the flooring in the pool area needs replacing.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
The pool is fairly small and there is no booking system, so it's pot luck if you can get a swim in. It is not really outdoors as part of the main building but with a cover they can pull back...this means there is no scenic sunbathing area to take in the stunning views of the Pyrenees.
Our room was under the eaves and had no balcony ad only a small window. They have a great location so the rooms could be so much nicer.
